they will tell you they do everything, they wont tell you:
1. To keep your design updating on new listings, there is an additional monthly charge
2. The level of work required to keep an adequate design relevant, is a lot more than expected. Plus, most areas and amendments are chargeable.

want your design to 'auto-apply' to new listing as they call it? chargeable.

waste of time and money

You have one template to pick from, unless you are willinig to pay an additional $135 for each template. Photos have to be uploaded one at a time, no bulk uploads like on the eBay site. Updating information is a real time consuming chore as the bulk editor returns error after error. I found it easier to list directly on eBay especially since the one and only template looks like it is straight out of the 1990's.

Pretty lame site. The tutorials don't match the pages and they have not been updated in 3 years, March 2019. No customer service on weekends or at nights. Much of their support is by way of overly lengthy videos with too much hype and not enough information. The learning curve isn't that high, it's just that there is little information available to match the actual site. Combined with a lack of features and you have a worthless product. If the big guys are supposedly using this, I don't understand why.

Since posting this review they have contacted me several times asking that I be more specific. Funny in that they never responded to my request for an eBay Store review as offered. Even after sending Andrew Evans at Frooition all the requested information, no response. Obvious where their priorities are.....

We have been with Frooition since 2016, the support is outstanding. Currently Frooition assist us with eBay's storefront, listing templates and created our website. Would happily reccomend and re-use. Well done Frooition!

I hired Frooition to professionalize our eBay store. They came up with excellent branding, both incorporating some ideas that I had and expanding them to really make our motorcycle and ATV parts business shine. We noticed an increase in cart size and repeat customers after our templates were installed, and this is what we were shooting for. I was so happy with both the process and the execution that I hired them to do our Shopify site. They kept the same branding and really delivered on the main page, category pages, product pages, cart, and the mobile site. Every single day there was something new for me to review and approve, and my change requests were accomplished very quickly. I commissioned Frooition to design the store front and branding of the business. The design team were excellent and listened to my requirements, coming up with a design the really reflected what the business was about. They were very patient with the detail I required and suggested some really good ideas that were incorporated. The templates applied to the listings on eBay really makes the business stand out from the competition and presents a very strong brand. Any issues I’ve had (usually of our own making) were dealt with quickly and easily via their ticketing system. Using the various systems that are provided is easy with some great tutorials available. Overall, value for money and great levels of service, I’d definitely recommend using Frooition.

Cost effective and quick design process for Big Commerce Store. We have quite a large product catalogue with some unique product page/option requirements for selling unique products. Frooition were able to successfully modify the Big Commerce template to handle this requirement. Quick response to tickets, and updates on design previews. I'd have no problem recommending to others.
