I have used this company twice now for an eBay store design. I would recommend to not go anywhere else. This company is professional and does all their work in a timely manner, with so many rogue companies out there, don't take the risk and get it done right the first time.

My designer Gareth at Frooition was amazing!! Our new EBay store design is incredible and sets a new standard in EBay store design. Extremely pleased with the process and the final result. Frooition also applied a template across all of my listings so we are compliant for the new EBay active content requirements (coming mid 2017). A great value!! Thank you Frooition! These guys designed our eBay template.

Once we were financially committed we were left high n dry!

The template didn't easily function with our existing data. The effort taken to deal with this (by us alone as they did not want to know) was eminence.

Best advice is see working examples with YOUR data before you pay!!

My website needed a redesign, but I didn't want to break the bank. I found Frooition by doing a web search, and to be honest I was hesitant to go with them. But the price was great, and I decided to give it a shot. In the end, I had a great experience with Frooition, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
These guys are good at what they do, but there were a couple of things that really stood out.
1. They were flexible. They added some features that were outside the scope of what they normally offer.
2. After the project was complete and I had paid in full, I changed my mind about a few things and asked if they could make some changes. Normally, a company would charge you extra, or make you enter into a new contract. Frooition made the changes, and didn't charge me anything even though the project was technically complete.
3. They're very responsive. If they do something that doesn't look right to you, don't worry about it. Just let them know, and they fix it, change it, come up with some ideas to make it work better etc. This is very important with projects like web design.

Frooition redesigned our eBay store as well as our listings templates. The redesign was efficient and very professional. High quality work. The Frooition software is very robust and always great control over the item templates, store, and listings. After the redesign was complete Frooition helped us migrate our old listings to the new template.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone from a small to large business setting out on eBay. The level of professionalism and helpfulness from the staff is unparalleled. The deadlines were all met early and the results were better than I expected.

I wish this survey let me do 6 stars! These guys did a great job! Andrew and his team have been extremely responsive to helping us make minor adjustments to our initial design. They did a very good job of conveying what our business is and making the ebay store look like our web store.

We have had great comments back from customers and they have found the search boxes easy to use.

Money well spent! We love our "professional" looking store!

My designer did a great job of understanding what I wanted and translating it into an effective design. While I find the software a little bit cumbersome, there is no question that my sales have increased significantly since the design was implemented.

After long time that i was searching for a company that will build my Ebay store i found Frooition with a lot of good positive review and after paying them almost $3000 the nightmare started.

The main design was good BUT when i try to told them that they need to design also the listing template according to the main page template they told me that they will do it later and first i need to sign to approve there design.

Needless to say, after I signed, they renounced their commitment and said that i need pay for them an extra fee for that request.

After I began working with frooition platform over the past six months,
They want me to pay more money on a monthly bases for using their platform(ITS WRITTEN ON A VERY SMALL SENTENCE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED)so i told them that i don't want to use their platform and i will use ebay platform to manage my store SO THEY DECIDED TO DELETE MY STORE TEMPLATE AND LEFT MY STORE WITH A LOT OF BUG WITHOUT HESITATING.

I Have a good experience with frooition. their staff was very friendly and fast. i contact sales and i received all the information needed different packages and prices. after that we start the work.
i was looking very close to all details of the design so i give to my designer some guidance and freedom so he can design what he thinks it was the best.
The Results results an excellent and professional ebay design. my design includes the mobile version too. i like it. i host my images with frooition too. if you are serious and want to take your business to another level then Frooition is for you.

Frooition has designed both our eBay Store and our eCommerce web site with fantastic results! From the inital concept conference and throughout the design and implementation, the folks at Frooition were professional, creative and far exceeded our expectations on our desired look and function.
