I aas in a bad place. My husband left and left me in a lot of debt. I was a single mam working full time and not getring anywhere fast. When i called this company they were very empathetic to my circumstances and helped me stay grounded not let the debt overwhelm me. 6years later its paid off and I cant thank them enough for their help. It was never an intention to get into debt but with one wage coming in the debt was spiralling out of control.

A really supportive and understanding service. I dealt with Terri at the start who was amazing and very sympathetic and understanding of my situation. I don’t think I would have progressed any further had it not been for her support. I then dealt with Blaine for the remainder of the process who was also fabulous - I even had reassurance from manager Lucy when I felt a little wobbly at one stage in the IVA process. I had my final call with Michelle and again she was just outstanding.
I am truly glad I found this service and my life is finally on its way to being back on track. I have never felt judged at any point, only ever understood and heard and my thoughts and wishes have always been taken into account - every step of the way.
Hopefully the next review I write will be once my IVA is completed and I’m restarting my life for the better.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben today when an enforcement officer threatened to take my car whilst I’m in a IPA approved agreement! Ben was supper helpful and managed to stop the car being taken could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Ben!

I can't begin to thank all staff members of Fresh Start. From the initially meeting with my Supervisor Adam, to my exit phone call with Mark. All staff that I've dealt with have been caring, considerate and very professional. The online portal is very easy to use and carries all relevant and straightforward information. I have been treated very well by everyone that I've encountered along the way and I would recommend their services to anyone that finds themselves in a tricky financial situation.

I was given a few choices to handle my debt, in the end I went with an iva, all the letters from my creditors stopped straight away, the 6 years went so quick. Now I haven't got any debt 😊

I was facing great uncertainty when I landed my self into debt beyond help as I lost my job and I was 5 months pregnant, they helped me massively it was really overwhelming trying to sort out everything out myself but they stepped in and sorted it all out for me and after 5 years I’ve managed to take back control and I’m so happy I’ve finally completed my IVA. I faced a few dilemmas throughout but I called up explained and they were very patient with my circumstances but helped and supported me through out.
