They were kind, understanding and non judgemental. They sorted everything out for me and it has completely changed my life. This company will land you in more debt. The lack of communication is appalling. My biggest wish is that I had never gone to them for help, they were good for a start, but once I was facing redundancy and homelessness they have had no compassion whatsoever. They have my bank statements but I feel that all they want now is my blood

I had some stacked dept and i find out myself paying interest nonstop so deciced to call them but it was a very big mistake. They do everything but merge your loan. If you need therapy and repeat your adress and name numerous times in a call then go on call them.
