I guess like all things in the world of fashion, the quality of our garments is diminishing by the season.

Roll past 25 years of this item in my wardrobe and I can show you 3 shirts with 3 different types of material quality. With every new year, the shirt got lighter. Now it's almost spit-through in weight.

BUT,

They'll stick fleece you for $275 for the badge. Made in England is why I thought it was still going to be a quality item.

I was wrong.

Brought a Fred Perry jacket, was almost £200. Once wearing it found the quality to be abysmal. Had the displeasure of trying to use the hood this morning, could fit my hard hat under it it is that big and no way of tightening it so worse than useless. Lots of loose threads on the jacket too. Jacket is now in the bin. Cheep and nasty with a large price tag

Am 15.10. ein Shirt für 150 Euro bestellt. Am 20. erhielt ich auf meine Rückfrage die Antwort, dass es zu Problemen mit Bestellungen bei Zahlung via Klarna kam und die Lösung innerhalb von 24 Stunden erwartet wird. Heute ist der 22. und es hat sich nie wieder jemand gemeldet, geschweige denn das die Sendung verschickt wurde. Den kostenfreien Expressversand erwarte ich ehrlich gesagt schon, aber selbst dann wird das Geburtstagsgeschenk wohl nicht mehr rechtzeitig kommen. Wenn es überhaupt jemals kommen wird... Enttäuschend bei einem Shop mit doch eher hochpreisigen Waren.

I used to wear Fred Perry shirts in my youth (50 years ago) and while in London fancied going to one of their shops to buy one. I went to the Coal Drops Yard shop, but wished I hadn't. At opening time, the shop assistant ambled over with his coffee, looking very disinterested and sullen. I said good morning to him and he ignored me, turned around d and then sat behind his desk continuing to ignore me. Did I buy anything? Of course not, and I won't. What a waste

I made an online order on fredperry online store in KSA on 30 July with 1-3 days delivery thru Aramex (4 products). This is at a time they’re running adverts all across social media and google.
I got a human-written email on Aug 1 from their CS saying that my order will be dispatched in 3 shipments but with no single AWB tracking or even timelines.
They created 2 AWBs which i was notified about by Aramex (nothing by their CS or their poorly built website) and surprisingly each coming from an outlet store from all across the country!
One product got received out of 4 orders items on Aug 4.
Today is Aug 8, and i have no single update about the remaining 3 products.
Ironically, one AWB with Aramex (no. 47892983320) created since Aug 1 is still showing parcel to be dropped off by FP to Aramex courier.
Emails going back and forth with their CS who have no authority or visibility on operations except apologizing and claiming they’re escalating!
Clearly, a business run by amateurs who know nothing about consumer journey!

I ordered twice because my first order confirmation got latte so I ordered again may be i missed first from fred perry USA i got only confirmation mail but till now no clue about package i mailed so many times to customer cate only i got complaint number
And they helpline number which i got in google is also take u to some medical place

J'adore fred perry mais dommage que vous utilisez UPS pour vos colis qui respectent pas la date de livraison. Pour la premiere fois de l'histoire ils ont pas trouvé mon bureau mais aussi le UPS access point le jour suivant, donc deux tentatives de livraison échoués, sans oublier qu'ils ont jamais essayé de me contacter et j'etais pressé avant un voyage. Scammers! Do not buy from this scammers! I paid a lot of money for an order that the courier says delivered but I have not received anything! He took a picture of a box in front the door when there was no one at home and he claims he left it outside my house altough we haven't received anything! Now they are taking the p*** of me as a customer and they keep saying it was delivered altough they can't prove anything!

Ordered a Made in England Polo Shirt on 11th June and normally would take a couple of days to arrive. Monday 13th the courier said they had received it and Wednesday 15th the courier said it was delayed. Raised a concern with Fred Perry on the 18th as I hadn’t heard anything from the courier and got a response from FP on 20th saying they will raise an investigation with the courier and would be back in touch with me shortly. Still no response by 21st so emailed FP again. FP replied on 22nd saying they have escalated the issue with the courier saying they normally require 48hrs for a response. Why don’t Fred Perry do the decent thing and send me another polo shirt, next day delivery with a different courier, you’ve had my £85 after all.

Habe online bestellt und leider zu spät bemerkt, dass über UPS ausgeliefert wird. Ich wollte die Ware zurückschicken, aber der Prozess ist so umständlich und versteckt, dass ich mich frage, ob System dahinter steckt.

After I got some size M of polo shirts shrank decided to buy a bigger size (L) and, once again, was fooled and the shirts shrank almost 2 sizes. Very low quality for the price charged. Never more.

Beware ordering mens peg leg trousers. Pictures on the website show them featuring turn-ups, pleats, rear flap pocket and slanted jet welt pockets. The pair of trousers I received had none of the features listed above...£160 for something very ordinary. Poor effort Fred

This people has no clue and are useless. Item never shipped and they are unable to address my enquiries to get my money back.

trage schon seit Jahren Fred Perry und habe kürzlich dort zwei mal eine größere Bestellung gemacht. Alles kam genauso wie bestellt in beiden Fällen. Qualität Top. Schnelle Lieferung. Kann man empfehlen.

Trainers are really poor workmanship looks like they were made in an Indian sweatshop. Going downhill fast this brand, stay clear.

Ordered a polo from Fred Perry site, washed and dried as instructed, shrunk. Emailed them, not interested said it was a “special” cotton that needs TLC and said to try and reshape it. Not gonna “reshape” a polo to two sizers bigger are you. Wonder if they can reshape my wife’s A1 into A6?
It’s a completely different size that now fits my 12 year old son. I phoned them a dozen times, no one there.
My advice to anyone is if you don’t mind spending good money on a polo to wear once buy a Fred Perry polo.

Produkte für über 400€ zurückgeschickt und nur 100€ gut geschrieben bekommen. Der Support behauptet meine Retoure sei unvollständig gewesen. Völliger Blödsinn ich habe alles fotografiert und kann belegen, dass alles im Paket war. Das scheint denen jedoch nicht zu reichen und ich bekomme lediglich die Antwort (nach fast 6 Monaten) sie könnten mir nicht weiterhelfen...

I ordered a jacket from Fred Perry on the 26th December 2021. It has still not arrived on the 18th January 2022 with various excuses made. The response from both Fred Perry and Hermes has been shocking.

Ordered a t shirt in august with a two day delivery received it today 23 September.Only contact you have is email and as you can see that works a treat never again.
