Awful customer service skills. Send incomplete orders. I bought a deal through Wowcher, what was sent from Forever cosmetics (global fulfillment) did not match the description. Emailed to complain and some patronising lady called Claire thinks she is above consumer law!

Misunderstood? I think you'll find it's called false advertising!

Hello there Forever people. Not really one for leaving reviews but you really helped me out on this one. Selected the wrong item by mistake, some glamza oil when I needed gum oil and, almost had it sent to my old address but you managed to change the item and the address just in time I was told. Needed for Father who wanted to try the oil and it worked. No complaints.

First time leaving a review to be fair. Ordered some Groomarang Kits for the guys in the family. I then used the main Groomarang site to see what other stuff might be available and The power of man products are genuinely great. They looked good as well so thought I’d give them a try. They are great quality items. This site is good and Groomarang is great. Think I better leave them a review as well.

I use the site regularly and the products are great. Service is great and they are really helpful if I have any queries.

Not to be confused with sites who have the same name but are based in different countries as I can see in one review which seems to be for another company in another country.

It’s a really great UK based site. Always receive my gold face mask orders on time each month.

It is a shame that so many women are making all of us all look bad. I can see some feedback from this website letting people know that they are getting false reviews. Such as shame. Ladies, we should not accusing people without accurate facts. My order number have never included letters. They are number based order numbers. They do not have order numbers that include the word FOREVER. This is a U.K. website not .US which is America.

Placed an order after being recommended by a friend and will be ordering again. Great value and perfect for the amount we use for dance shows, is a huge saving for us and no different to any of the more expensive brands we have used bar the packaging. Highly recommended
