Came across a Summer Beauty Mystery Deal off Wowcher. Before ordering I checked out the Forever Cosmetics website at products, which seemed good, so I went ahead a ordered the deal.
I received it items 3 days later. I was sent 4 glitter eyeliners. 3 pink and 1 brown. It was rather disappointing considering the array of products they have on offer. Just seems like they couldn't be bothered so just grab 4 of the same item.

I'm not going to say the company is bad, I got my monies worth I guess and it arrived earlier than expected. Just rather boring and disappointing. Could have been better. Depending on what i got, I was planning on ordering more as little mystery gifts for all the ladies at my sisters hen do. I think I won't bother now.

Never really write reviews but if I would have came on here first I would of never bought from them, I bought a Thameen perfume 100ml, voucher from Wowcher (never bought one before) thought it was too good to be true, after checking trust pilot, my order got delivered to me within 24 hours of me placing my order and was exactly what I ordered! Thank you

When using a new company I always check reviews on this site, which would have definitely suggested I stay away.
Fortunately I bought the product through wowcher so was unaware of supplier.
I’m so glad I didn’t come on here first as my personal experience was 5 star.
Firstly the product I ordered was at my door within a few days of ordering.
Unfortunately it was very near to the best before date.
I contacted wowcher with my concerns and within the week I was contacted by forever cosmetics who offered a no quibble replacement which arrived very quickly.
I cannot fault this company at all and have received a first class service. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for future purchases.

Paid £5.99 for express delivery on 28th november (24 hours) Tracking now says 3rd to 6th December. Hugo boss thermo flask and socks. Obviously scamming people looking at the review below mine. I paid £5.99 to get the item the next day as advertised this was a birthday present. You can't then just decide on a different date after charging extra for express delivery.

As described. Free delivery. Fast delivery which I suppose is down to the courier but the delivery was fast so that is good thing and the Derma roller is perfect. Individual needle too!

Placed order and received email saying order on its way with tracking then today received email saying I’ve been refunded.

Seen reply from forever cosmetics and this is rubbish as I’ve been on their site now and nail varnish still available.

This is the worst online beauty company I have dealt with. They guarantee 100% satisfaction on their website with no hassle returns.
This is not how they operate. I ordered 2 different sized Derma Rollers one was fully sealed inside and outside with a cellophane wrap the other had no cellophane outside the box or inside the box. I took photos of both hoping for a sealed replacement, I emailed the company several times before I got a response and they told me oh it's fine it is brand new just not sealed. For a cosmetic roller with fine needles that punctures the skin this is a real worry, after several emails back to the company reporting that I was not happy about using this roller they said I could send it back for a replacement but I would have to pay the postage costs!. Now is this a company that claims 100% customer satisfaction. It seems that as soon as they have your money they are uninterested and do not take your hygiene concerns seriously. I shall only use reputable online companies in the future.
Beware of such a scam company that doesn't put its customers concerns first
