quick easy and painless
easy to sign up..very few details required and the whole process is done in just a few mins.... customer service live chat is excellent (thanks for answering all my questions chris) ... fair prices and you get a lot of cover for your money... being an insurance company i cant leave a full 5 stars untill i have experienced both ends of the deal.... sign up and customer service is very good...untill i need to make a claim tho i cannot speak for that side of it yet...

I found FlyIcarus a very user friendly
I found FlyIcarus a very user friendly website and that along with its excellent price made it my insurance choice for my drone. The only reason for small issue I do wish there was a little more information on there website regarding their cover but other than that an excellent company and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for drone insurance.

A good deal
I took up the insurance with Flyicarus in dec 2018 after getting a notification about their partnership with the BMFA of which I am a member I found the cost to be very competitive with other forms of insurance and also liked the water loss cover which was part of the policy they seem very professional in their approach and I feel secure with the cover they provide

Nothing was too much to ask!
Purchased insurance today, hopefully I never have to use it however if I do I know that i'll be looked after by very helpful people. Had my questions answered instantly and nothing was too much.. After shopping around it also seems a fair price.

The test of any insurance is how well claims are dealt with, we had an unfortunate gust of wind throw our drone into a building and the service and speed of repair was excellent, would recommend Flycarus.

Happy with the cover for flying the drone. It would be great if you could include loss or theft on the policy. I would be happy to pay a larger premium for this security!

Hi George, thanks very much for the kind words. The good news is - your policy does include Fly-Away Cover (Irretrievable Loss) whilst in flight. Apologies we can't offer theft at this moment in time, but you may find you have this cover under your Home Contents policy, so might be worth checking !
