FloRacing is GREAT! Read this please
They provide live televised short track races. During Friday and Saturday nights it is very busy and there a LOT of options for watching live short track racing.
I LOVE the side by side feature now. It works great. The production quality from local tracks has improved.
And I now RARELY have every had any connection issues while watching racing live.
As far as the replay functionality that could use some refining. Such as having a Recent Feature Races tab that has only the top Feature Races from different tracks.

Los Angeles Grandparent Watching Grandson's Game in Iowa
Living in Los Angeles, CA and my grandson playing ball for the Waterloo Bucks, FloSports provides the only means to see him in action. The broadcast announcers and cameramen do a nice job of providing the play-by-play and color to the games. I just would like too see a split-screen being used when a runner on 1st and might steal 2nd base. Overall the broadcasts come across quite professional. So far this season, I have enjoyed 13 games on FloSports.

I tried to sign in to my account to watch my grandson wrestle in Utah and it wouldn’t let me sign in so I didn’t get to watch him wrestle because I couldn’t get the out to come up. I was on the app, but it wouldn’t let me sign in and I tried and tried.

Technical Support Lagging
In a previous email with the support team I thought my subscription was cancelled because I was given three extra viewing days. To my dismay I was charged another month. They would not refund the payment and were not helpful. I had issues with viewing Flo Hockey and didn’t care to watch it again. Would not recommend.

Increased subscription pricing too much!!
I believe the 50% increase in subscription pricing is too much and the timing was very poor due to the current economy.

Trouble with sign in.
The website wouldn't allow me to sign in and after several attempts to help me they refunded my entire subscription cost. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you flo racing.

Initial response fast the fix not so good
The initial response time from chat and email was very good nearly like a real time conversation. After the initial fast response The time it took to get an answer was long enough I figured out what happened by myself. The explanation I got from tech was slightly accurate but so vague as to be functionality useless

Good but can use a few tweaks to make it GREAT!
Love the support of Dirt Track racing, especially High Limit and USAC coverage. Only main complaint I have had for 2 years is if you are unable to watch live and go to the Replay section, you have to scroll past Highlights and Interviews with the Winner(with a picture and name of them!) to get to the Full Replay. I've put in requests with their support about maybe putting them in different spots and while I receive very kind and responsive feedback, no one seems to care that this is an issue. 2nd complaint is whoever directs the on screen action has a real knack from going away from on track action with close racing right as Chase Raudman (seriously great announcer by the way) is talking about it and seems to go somewhere on the track where someone is not racing against anyone. With dirt track racing, things change quick but it seems to be happening several times a race. Very annoying to watch someone trying to make a pass in the Top 5 for position and we cut away to someone racing alone while the announcer is all excited about the close racing they just stopped showing. Could be better for sure. I want to compliment the team of Chase Raudman and Tony Laporta as they have great banter and I think are the best a coverage duo in all of racing. Even with the complaints, glad to see to see dirt track racing accessable to all of us.
