The best customer service I've had.

As a new upcoming wrestler I was just trying to get some help with my account and it was the best customer service. The team told me that they were busy but still kept me updated throughout the entire process and always reassured that they would help fix the problem. Overall one of the best customer service and I couldn't be anymore grateful.

I want to sincerely thank MileSplit for the outstanding way they handled my situation. After noticing an issue with my team’s results from the Young Achievers Games in St. Augustine, I reached out for assistance and their team responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.

They kept me informed throughout the process and worked efficiently to resolve the issue in a timely manner. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly values accuracy, communication, and the athletes and teams they serve. I greatly appreciate the support and excellent customer service they provided.

Terrible customer service when trying…

Terrible customer service when trying to cancel streaming subscription. Have subscribed 2x and been royally screwed upon trying to cancel both times. Never again.

Literally the best customer service…

Literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I read somewhere that you could watch from 3 locations, which covers me and both grandparents. Unfortunately, when I signed up I chose the wrong plan. I emailed the company once I realized, and they replied right away, cancelled my plan with a full refund, and set me up with what I wanted. Whole thing took two emails and less than an hour, which is usually how long I’m on hold with other businesses. Super impressed by the way I was treated.

Milesplit customer service

Milesplit customer service has been amazing. As a new track Dad they took the time to explain things in detail. I appreciate that. This is why I ended up doing the subscription which is well worth it!

Absolute rip off platform that refuses to respond.
I signed up exclusively to watch international rugby, nothing else they offer is of any interest whatsoever.
Immediately thereafter they lose the rights to everything I signed up for & they refuse to refund my money or even communicate.
Worst streaming app in the world!

Interesting that you twice ignore my messages on your website under contact us, but respond immediately (with an invalid email address btw..) to a public review.

Great team and very helpful

The team that works behind the scenes is amazing!! I have had to email on 2 separate occasions during indoor and outdoor track season on issues and they were so kind and very helpful. Other sites have not been so help nor as easy to use. We appreciate the team for all the hard work keeping athlete marks/times updated and correct. All issues we have had were addressed quickly and with the utmost respect.
Thank you for all you do for the athletes and coaches, we appreciate you all!!!
