Had issues gaining access to my account…
Had issues gaining access to my account and the FloSports customer service reps were awesome. I was first able to talk to an actual person on the chat. Although Ian tried really hard, we just did not get to resolving the issue and he made a case # and someone from customer service contacted me via email. From there Scott handed me off to Patrick who had to have been there most thorough and patient support ever. I was incredibly impressed with his promptness to respond to my email exchanges. Awesome experience!

I had an issue with double-billing (partly my own fault). I messaged FloSport through the message app, and I was surprised to see how quickly I received a response and how efficiently the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service and product offering.

Australian Announcer At Skagit Dirt Cup
The Australian announcer for the Jim Raper Memorial at the Dirt Cup in Skagit was absolutely phenomenal. Whoever signed him up to help call the race deserves a big raise and a ton of kudos. That Australian announcer added so much value to the broadcast - The race seemed to be all the more prestigious. He probably sold a few Australian subscriptions to boot!

FloRacing is GREAT! Read this please
They provide live televised short track races. During Friday and Saturday nights it is very busy and there a LOT of options for watching live short track racing.
I LOVE the side by side feature now. It works great. The production quality from local tracks has improved.
And I now RARELY have every had any connection issues while watching racing live.
As far as the replay functionality that could use some refining. Such as having a Recent Feature Races tab that has only the top Feature Races from different tracks.

Los Angeles Grandparent Watching Grandson's Game in Iowa
Living in Los Angeles, CA and my grandson playing ball for the Waterloo Bucks, FloSports provides the only means to see him in action. The broadcast announcers and cameramen do a nice job of providing the play-by-play and color to the games. I just would like too see a split-screen being used when a runner on 1st and might steal 2nd base. Overall the broadcasts come across quite professional. So far this season, I have enjoyed 13 games on FloSports.

Technical Support Lagging
In a previous email with the support team I thought my subscription was cancelled because I was given three extra viewing days. To my dismay I was charged another month. They would not refund the payment and were not helpful. I had issues with viewing Flo Hockey and didn’t care to watch it again. Would not recommend.
