Wow! I can not recommend Florida4less enough. From start to finish the whole process was stress free. Great communication and great holiday. Will definitely book again.
Be very wary of this. On my booking there was NO mention of payable resort fees on arrival to the accommodation booked. Nothing was listed on their site for the property that I chose. When checking... Se mer

I’m pleased that we were able to rectify the issue reported to us in a professional & timely manner. This was a hotel issue affecting all guests arriving at this time regardless of where they booked. Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we hope you had an enjoyable time in Florida.
Kind regards,
Florida4less

Great Company, Great Service, Great Price :)
After having a nightmare with a booked holiday through a different travel provider and Thomas Cook I booked my new holiday through
Florida4less. The team there sourced me and the family a great new holiday at a great price. The service i got was exceptional and they even helped me through the process of getting a refund through ATOL. Five Stars *****

Thank you
The customer service from Florida for less has been second to none. I am not the type of person to leave reviews usually but I was blown away by how everyone I spoke to dealt with my enquires and expectations to make our dream honeymoon come true it was quite frankly exceptional. I hope this review reaches everyone that I have spoken to and I cannot thank you all enough.... I would like to also personally thank Graham who was my main point of contact. I hope from this review he is commended from the highest level.

Beware of terms and conditions!
Beware of terms and conditions!
We thought we'd booked virgin flights with Florida for less 18 months in advance. A few weeks before our holiday they switched us to Thomas Cook flights despite our protests. When Thomas Cook went bust they cancelled our holiday of a lifetime and offered no help or advice.
Be aware when booking they may change your flights without any good reason.
Avoid!

We were notified of a change to the carrier by the operator 6 weeks prior to the customer’s departure date. Whilst changes such as these are very rare our booking terms and conditions reflect the terms of the tour operators which cover changes such as this and we notified the party as soon as we were made aware. Alternative flights and compensation were offered to the customer which were accepted. Unfortunately, the Thomas Cook Group of companies then collapsed and we were unable to find suitable alternative travel arrangements. We were available and in contact with all our customers at this time to assist and offer advice. All customers who were booked on a Thomas Cook flight are able to claim a full refund as all our holidays are ATOL protected, information on this process has been provided to all customers. Florida4less is an independent limited company, we are now members of the Mid Counties Co-Operative Travel consortium, ABTA number P7522, ATOL number 6053.

Godsend.
Got me a Florida holiday when BA cancelled mine 12 hours before flying. As soon as the booking was confirmed, they called to offer help should I need it. Were so helpful and efficient. Booked with them twice before. Will definitely book with them again.

First time booking
This is the first time I have booked with Florida4less. I would certainly use them again. We had an awful time recently when we originally booked with Thomas Cook as there was a whole mess made due to hurricane Dorian and our holiday party of 13 adults and 1 infant were left with no holiday 1 day before our scheduled holiday, we contacted numerous companies to try an get us all booked for Florida later on in the week and the only company who managed to do this was florida4less. We spoke to John who was very helpful and made it possible for us to have our long awaited holiday. So I would like to say thank you to John and florida4less.

I would definitely recommend.
I would definitely recommend.
When trying to book on-line I was having a few issues but someone rang me and in fact booked the holiday for me and then rang me back to confirm that it had all been done and that confirmation had been sent to me by e-mail. I have also e-mailed them with a question and got an answer back from them in less than 20 minutes - very impressive.
The only criticism I have is that their website is very slow in responding to search requests and it becomes very frustrating as it then tends to take "on a mind of its own".
But very impressed, would definitely recommend
