Great experience, friendly stuff nd very patient

Vonique Greeves handled our booking with exceptional professionalism. From "coding" to eventually finding flights that matched our needs and budget and then changing the accommodation in Phuket as per our request without hesitation, until we finally agreed on the itinerary. We had to cancel flying through Doha and switch to Cathay Pacific which was dealt with ease.

She sent us emails and WhatsApp messages to check on us when we arrived in Shanghai, to confirm our transfers from the hotel in Phuket to the airport and once we arrived back in SA.

Truly remarkable support which was totally unexpected.

I would like to sincerely commend Kabelo Maluleka (Flight Centre Hillcrest) for the exceptional support he provided to my parents and me during an incredibly stressful and frightening time.

My parents were due to travel through the Middle East during a period of active airstrikes, which naturally caused a great deal of anxiety and uncertainty. Throughout this situation, Kabelo remained calm, responsive, and genuinely supportive. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and he consistently kept us informed, which made a significant difference in how we were able to navigate the situation.

What stood out most was his genuine care and empathy. He did not treat us as just another booking, but rather showed real concern for our safety and wellbeing. Even under pressure, he remained patient, professional, and solutions oriented, going above and beyond to assist us wherever possible.

Due to the war in the Mid East my tickets had to be rescheduled and Schalk did sn excellent job of making sure we could still make our trip on the original date as well as booking the return flight for the original date

I’ll tell you what made this experience great. Farghanna’s knowledge of our chosen vacation destination and in the follow through her to detail. She was incredible, knew the answers to my questions as I asked and was able to expand on the subject matter as though she’d been there a hundred times. Talk about a confidence builder for me. I found her extremely approachable and helpful, never trying to steer me towards an end product, rather providing options and information about various products to help me with decision making. I have already recommended her to friends looking for a capable individual.
