I agree with all the negative reviews. "Farooq" the sales manager is the worst liar and also scammer I have ever met.

Honestly, he is a joke, even a snake is better than this guy.

He even said "Inshallah" once we shook hands and I gave him the deposit - what an insult to his religion "is this the value of his faith".

Promised me the car would be all fixed and ready but not as I expected. Kept trying to get more money from me even after the car was paid for.

There were fresh scratches in the car on the day of the collection.

Avoid this back street dodgy car shop.
Don't trust Farooq he is making up everything as he goes along and will scam you if you give him the slightest opportunity.

If you do use this garage, make sure you don't part with any money until the work is complete and also get someone else to check the work is complete. Insist the work is done before you part any cash. Don’t let him pressure or just walk away.

Take the car for as many test drive as possible and examine it properly and don't take his word for anything.

Once the car is ready for pick only then exchange the money.

UPDATE - Make sure you get the V5 slip from them - the rats don't send it anywhere and keep lying that they have.
I really they get closed down they are nothing but thieves.

Avoid Flexy Cars like the plague! These guys are absolute scammers and liars. They sold me a BMW 530e with a drivetrain warning light, swore up and down it would be sorted, but surprise, it wasn’t. After dodging my calls and feeding me excuses, they dragged the car back to ‘fix’ it, only to slap a cheap OBD tool on it to temporarily clear the light. Faruk, (tbh all of them are scammers) the sales guy, tried to convince me they used high-end BMW specialist tools – total B.S! The light popped back on within minutes of me driving home. They had the car twice within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act and did absolutely nothing, just kept lying through their teeth saying everything was fine. This dealership is a joke – dishonest, unreliable, and shady as hell. Don’t waste your time or money here; you'd get more value burning your cash than buying a car from Flexy Cars Ltd, 1 Wimborne Ave, Southall UB2 4HB

Bought my car in April, was told they’d sort the v5c out. Called no joke 5-6 times and been told “we’ll sort it” “it’s been done” not received it yet still. I told them I was unsure how to get a new copy my self and had issues with it. But they aren’t bothered.

We drove an hour to view a car after inspection and a test drive we agreed to purchase it. We wanted to pay via credit card not thinking this would be an issue only to be told they do not accept them. After some discussion they said they might be able to pay a portion some via bank transfer and the remainder on the credit card but we would need to sign a disclaimer saying we wouldn't do a charge back which we weren't happy about. They said leave it with them and they would see what they could sort out with the manager. We called twice that evening for an update both times we got told we would get a call back but didn't. The next day we called 3 times and every time we were assured that someone would call back in 10 minutes no one bothered to return any of the calls. Due to this and the shady handling of the credit card we decide to purchase a car from elsewhere. The next battle we had was the constant calls to get our viewing deposit back which we are still trying to sort.

Description said full service history, when I received the vehicle there was no service history. Seller claimed it was online. when I eventually received the V5(after reminding the seller). I contacted Audi, who told me there was no record of any Audi servicing. The seller quite clearly has seen no evidence of service history. This is a case of misrepresentation which I am now following up.

There are so many things wrong with these underhanded people, I do not know where to begin. For anyone reading this who has purchased a car from Flexy, remember that you have the right to have the issue fixed by Flexy as long as you report it within six months. If they refuse, it is then your right to a full refund. Do not let them get away with being cowboys any more!

1. If you see positive reviews, this is because they are pressuring people to leave positive reviews across multiple platforms while they are closing the sale. They did the same to me, offering me a discount for leaving a positive review. If there are any positive reviews from me on other platforms, this is why. This violates the terms of use for all those platforms. Really they should be removed from every platform, but if they were, then you would not be able to see what a bad reputation they had.

2. My review has been seen by over 1050 people, Flexy cars have not bothered to respond further to my complaint or this review. That should tell you, the reader, all you need to know.

3. Within 800 miles of the MOT being carried out by Flexy, all brakes needed to be replaced. Flexy claims car was sold in working order, and it is wear and tear. I reject this.

4. Within 2000 miles of the MOT, all four tyres needed replacing. They said the tyres were sold within legal limits, I reject this. Along side the issue with the brakes, this is beyond suspicious.

5. The AC compressor is not working. When I reported this, I was told it was not covered by the "extended warranty". When I learnt about my rights under the consumer rights act 2015, I went back to them. They said they had no record of my reporting this, and it was therefore not covered. See attached photos to see if this was reported properly.

6. The front axel and rear axel had different sized across the same axel. This is illegal to the best of my knowledge. I have attached photos about this.

7. They were meant to get a cap for the driver's door. They did not fit this by the time I picked up the car. After collecting, upon calling Farook, he fobbed me off saying the person who deals with this is not here, call back Tuesday. 7 months after purchase, I do not have this, despite being given it in writing. Flexy had the audacity to claim it was already on the car when I picked it up. I have attached the photo showing the deposit receipt and Farook's handwriting confirm that he would be sorting this out. If they cannot do something so simple, you have to question what it is they can do.

8. As other reviews clearly state, Farook took ages to process the documents for the V5. Flexy claims any delays were due to "external agencies". I checked with the DVLA during the period in which we were waiting for the V5. They said no application had been received. As it's all done electronically, when my father chased Farook up, it came within a week.

9. I have opened a complaint through the AA, as they are approved used car dealers through the AA. They are meant to follow the ombudsman scheme. However, if I do not receive a positive outcome, I will follow up through the small claims court. I would recommend anyone else who is suffering from these people's shoddy business practices does the same.

I will update the review as more develops. In the interim, I recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a car from these people should be seen by a psychiatrist immediately. I have had to spend £2000 on repairs after buying this car from them, I will still have to replace the rear brake discs, and I still need to get the AC repaired. There are other reviews that state similar things, I wish I had read them before buying.

Stay away, unsafe unroadworthy cars
I am at a loss at to how my car passed MOT. Bald tyres, completely worn brakes, mismatched tyres on the same axel. Promises of parts fixed never happened, v5c had to be chased DAILY, no attempt to rectify any issues, dodgy MOT. My car was wobbly to drive!
Issues with ac, missing parts, disguised damage I was unaware of...list is endless
All in all setting everything right would be over 3k for a car I paid for over 20k cash. No customer service, instead a deliberate delay in response, a useless "in house" warranty and threats. Stay away.

Left a refundable deposit, came to look at a car, were told it was sold, but can sell to us if we pay £2000 more. No refund of our deposit. It’s a scam. Do not deal with them.

If I could give no stars If I would, Awful Awful Awful, never get back to you, no aftersales care, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE
Havent received the logbook or had any help with issues that we have had since buying the car.

Flexi Cars in Southall deserves zero stars. They are drug dealers and liars, selling extremely faulty cars from auctions. Their entire operation is a scam designed to rip off unsuspecting customers. Stay far away from this shady business!

I purchased a BMW 1 Series from Flexy Cars, excellent service. The customer is spot on, Andy made the process easy and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Flexy Cars financed the BMW 1 Series, I got an excellent rate and the monthly payments were exactly what I wanted to pay.

No recomiendo Flexicar en España. No hay peor servicio.

No complaints, got a good deal. Easy and efficient. I don’t see why there are so many bad reviews! Can’t fault them.

I purchased my car 3 weeks ago from Flexy. The service from start to finish was impeccable. They sent me a video of the car before I came to the showroom, mechanically the car drives like a dream and was polished before collection.

Well where do I begin, I brought a van from them for £12,000 and I thought buying it from a well known garage dealer things would be good but sadly I was let down by them, first I noticed the radio not working and this is because it didn’t have a antenna , then the widow washer didn’t work. When I got home I looked in the back off van where was a gear box and rubbish dust everywhere so that’s not even been swept out, and when I looked up I could see daylight coming through the roof that’s where the roof rails have been taken off and the holes just left for water to run into van , as i got up to look at top of van there was two big dents in the roof and roof all green with algae, so I told the garage about all this and all he said well it’s a second hand , so I had the van for a couple off days before someone come from London to get all this sorted out but that’s took a week before it comes back to me , I was at work when it come back and the radio still not working, they filled the holes in with some silicon so i can’t put a roof rack on even if I wanted too , and now a light on the dashboard have come on something to do with the transmission, just been one thing after another. All i can say is I would never buy anything from this lot again and i would say too anyone else please look elsewhere for a van or car 😡

Bought car from Farook, happy with purchase and experience. We went out on a test drive and he was very helpful in teaching us about the different elements of the car, will wait for MOT to check the car is ok.
