I purchased a BMW 2 series convertible in the 13th February this year . The delivery driver curbed the wheels and it wasn’t valeted on arrival. I complained to them . They offered to put right if I drive it back to them over 2hrs away. So I didn’t bother with the hassle. 2 weeks later i am on a exstreamly busy major round about with my grandson my son and my pregnant daughter inlaw . The car cut out and just stopped in the middle lane causing chaos in a very dangerous situation we were so lucky not to have been killed . I Called AA for help to find out the the cylinders aren’t working . I have contacted flexy cars so many times with no help whatsoever excuse after excuses . I have even sent them the AA report by email no one wants to talk to me . So now u am going to a small claims court. And the car is still under warranty . So many bad reports . These people need to be stopped before someone is killed

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !

Sold me the car with an underlying gearbox malfunction, aged battery and both rear break pads worn 80%. Their customer service is non existent when addressing issues and the warranty company and 'preferred mechanic' in Reading are all in on the SCAM.

Very courteous. I came late just before they closed and they stayed late to accommodate. Very patient and allowed me to inspect and test drive as usual and took their time for paperwork and payment didn’t feel rushed. Perfect service perfect car

Avoid this dealership. I purchased a car from Flexi Cars LTD (Southall) on 6th March 2025 and was told they would handle the DVLA paperwork, including submitting a V62 and taxing the vehicle in my name. I was also asked to transfer £115.50 for 6 months’ road tax, which I paid.

Weeks later, I contacted DVLA and was told they had received nothing from the dealer. The car is still not registered in my name. I’ve now had to submit my own V62 application.

The worst part is the customer service—they repeatedly hang up my calls, ignore my emails, and refuse to provide any proof that they ever taxed the vehicle. I’ve asked for a refund and been completely dismissed.

This is unacceptable business practice. I’ve now raised a formal complaint and intend to escalate the matter to the Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Great service and efficient

They did not keep their promise about the work they would carry out on the car. After my partner spent several hours and money to travel from Wales to collect the car, they showed no respect for time and money we spent to get the car which was not ready a week after they said it would be. We decided that buying the car with this level of problem before we paid for it would not be a good idea. I suggest you do the same and don't bother going to view cars and save yourself the time effort and money, it just not worth it.

Please do not buy a car from this place they are not helpful once you buy the car they do not want to know. Please read the small print when signing any documents from them. We purchased a car from them within two days the water coolant hose was completely split and now the car is playing up. I really honestly advice you do not get a car from this place or if you do get it inspected first.

Shocking service! I was not offered a test drive as it was said that the battery was flat then I discovered that the gear box was faulty. So I had to foot the bill myself. In addition I was only told that the vehicle had one key after purchase and I am still waiting for my logbook.
Please stay away from this place if possible

I bought a car and waited for 3 months for logbook and finally i applied myself, also i bought the car with a hidden failure and cost me a lot of money, avoid this business

Zero rating. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This company lacks INTERGRITY. We paid a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit to view and test drive a car. Unfortunately for us, we read previous reviews after paying the deposit and gut feeling put us off, so viewing was cancelled well ahead of the viewing day, but no refund made almost 2 MONTHS on. Each time we're told they'll refund but hasn't happened and THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS.

Read their other reviews across platforms, including Facebook, going back a few years up until recent ones and judge for yourself! They haven't changed as it's the same complaints coming up year after year surrounding deposits, car integrity & falsifying documents for MOTs & SHs... Be warned!

The most disgraceful company we have ever dealt with. They take your money but the after service is shocking. We have had nothing but trouble with the car we purchased but no help whatsoever from this company. How they are AA approved is beyond me. On the verge of a nervous breakdown because of them . My advice is stay well clear of them
