Watch Out
After uplaoding our FSBO home info to Fizber, the uploaded my information to 8 of their "partner sites". However, those sites said my home was for sale by various realtors in other states. When I contacted Fizber about it, they did not take responsibility or fix the problem, but said it was a one time technical error. Yet, it continued. I finally cancelled my account, and vowed to let other consumers know that they are a shady company.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I can not speak for the previous owners regarding how they handled this situation, however, I would like to let you know that you would not encounter this sort of error with the new redeveloped site. Of course, sometimes error occur but I can assure you that we make it a priority to be responsive to our users and resolve their concerns in a timely fashion. I am not sure if the listing you signed up for in 2010 was a paid listing or not...however, please note that the new Fizber site allows you to list your home for FREE and I want to encourage you to revisit our site and give us another shot!

Fizber is now under new ownership. We take pride in our customer service and make sure we respond to all questions in a timely manner. The new Fizber.com does not charge for you to list your home. It is free and we offer many more marketing tools than what was previously offered. Please visit the site to learn about all of the new tools available to you as a home seller such as a free listing, listing syndicated to hundreds or real estate websites to give your listing more exposure, a digital property brochure that highlights your listing, a listing video tour that is posted on youtube, and full social media integration so you can share your listing with your contacts. Once again all of these things are free with your fizber listing. We care about providing you with the most up to date, efficient marketing tools so that you can sell your home and save money.
customer service SUCKS
after almost two weeks of contacting fizber.com customer service, i've yet to receive a response. they are unable or unwilling to delete or correct property listings that have copy i didn't write and price that is several months old. on one call customer service actually hung up on me!
legal action against this company is now pending. they have negatively impacted my ability to sell my property by publishing incorrect & outdated info.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. The new ownership has removed all stale listings and provided a way for users to delete, edit, etc their own listings so that this type of issue doesn't occur again.
The site was sold in 2012 to the current ownership and the site has been completely redeveloped. You can now list your home for free. Please visit the site to see all the changes we have done.
