It appears the purchase was made with a different online manual company that has a very similar name to ours, which can understandably cause confusion.
For clarity, our company charges a flat fee of $22.95 per manual, with no additional or hidden fees added by us. Unfortunately, as the order was not placed through our service, we’re unable to access their records or assist with refunds on their behalf.
