Fizber is a wonderful way to communicate with buyers!
Selling my house by owner was really quite easy with fizber. I was able to communicate all the wonderful features of my home and use photos I had during many seasons. A real estate agent just does not know my home like I do.
For me, this was a great tool and did the job of selling my home. I am most grateful.
Selling a house
We received many calls and visits thanks to Fizber.com
Great Homeowner Resource
Fizber was an excellent option for me to try and sell my home myself. It was extremely easy to set up and upload photos of the home. It quickly led me through the entire process. My personally assigned agent stayed in constant contact with me. I work strongly recommend using Fizber if you are trying to sell your home by yourself. Could not be easier.
Great customer service!!!
I always was able to get someone on phone. It was free. Very helpful advice. My house sold in 6 weeks with no realtor in my end. I saved $12k. Make sure you add lighting and stage your pictures.
Great concept, but implementation isn't the best.
Fizber is a great concept. Post your listing in one place, and it shows up on many sites. I wish it had a bit more control over the listings though. I found that while I could get the listing on fizber to look pretty good, the order of photos, information formatting, and other options did not translate very well to zillow and trulia. And once fizber posts a profile on those sites, you cannot edit them. Next time, I don't think I'd use fizber to create those profiles, and would instead, create them manually on each site, just to get better control over how they're formatted.

Highly recommend for any FSBO
I found the site easy to navigate and gave me another avenue to market my property... for free. In about 10 minutes, my FSBO property pictures were up and viewable.
Great For Sale By Owner Website!
I looked around at several for sale by owner websites and thought I would give Fizber a try. I listed on Fizber and they put my property on several real estate websites. It was very simple and Fizber customer service was great to work with. Within a few weeks we had several interested buyers and received a great offer. Both parties are going to save a bunch of money!! I recommend Fizber to anyone trying to sell their home without an agent!
Disaster
There is no way of removing your property information from all the websites this company uses to advertise.

Very Unprofessional
Highly disappointed with this service. I got a call to list my property on MLS, I agreed. I thought I'd be able to review the listing prior to it being listed on Fizber (never heard of that) and not MLS. The listing is wrong and I immediately text back to delete it - no answer. I finally get my email/login and I can disable the listing but not delete it. False advertising, no follow through and very unprofessional! I can't be bothered to look through the site but it seems to be a lot of "add-on" services that were NEVER communicated in the initial call. Legally they have absolutely no right to list my property (and incorrectly) on any sites - I did not sign anything. I want my information removed immediately!

A + FSBO Website!
This is the best FSBO website the listing gets sent to many of the same websites that realtors use.
Way to GO FSBO
In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner.
Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers.
Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May.
Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves.
If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!
Unbelievable...
I have my house on Zillow.com as a For Sale By Owner. Fizber called me today and the connection was bad. I asked her to spell the name of the company she was from because I couldn't understand her. She was very huffy about having to do this. She asked me if they could list my home for free, so I proceeded to ask her questions about their service.
While I was talking to her, I was googling Fizber and came across these reviews on TrustPilot. One of them mentioned that they changed the listing price and that other details were wrong. It also mentioned that when they contacted Fizber about it, they took no responsibility and refused to change it.
So, I told her that I needed to research it a bit before I decided to do it. She rudely said, "Well! It seems like you are talking yourself out of it!" I told her, "No, I'm not talking myself out of it - I am researching your company online and seeing conflicting reviews!". She said "UH-HUH... Well, fine... good luck with that!" and then she hung up on me!
Wow! If that is how Fizber does business, I'm glad I didn't put my house on their site. VERY unprofessional. I wonder if the owners of the company know how rude the salesmen are?

Best way to sell FSBO!
Fizber was great to work with! They provided excellent and timely service. Their promotional package was very well done and featured our home better than any other real estate service we used. We have recommended Fizber to others and we would certainly use them again.
FIZBER MLS is not worth your time and money!
Fizber does put your ad on other sites, but if you pay extra and use the MLS service, you will be wasting your money. The local Realtors will blackball your MLS listing, and encourage prospective buyers to look at a different property than yours. Fizber also works with realtors that they try to encourage you to list with. But the realtors that they work with also will not bother to show your house, even if you pay Fizber to have it put on the MLS, unless you actually list with their agent. I told my friend that I believed the realtors were black balling my listing, so my friend sent out emails to several realtors asking for more information about my property. Out of 10 realtors that she contacted, only 2 bothered to try to help her, although one of them did try to steer her away from the property and look at something else. Another realtor told her it was no longer available! And 2 of the agents that ignored her completely were agents that supposedly work with Fizber! I also had an open house recently, and even though I was supposedly listed on the local MLS, my open house date was not allowed to be viewed by the public. They would not post the open house on the MLS locally. So, I personally invited 15 different realtors to the open house, and told them that I would pay them an additional $500 along with their 3% commission if they attended the open house, and then find me a buyer. Not 1 realtor bothered to show up to the open house. And once again, two of these realtors were Fizber affiliated realtors, neither of which bothered to reply or to show up to the open house. I discussed my concerns that I was having with Don Shab from Fizber, but his only concern seemed to be that I had not signed with one of the Fizber affiliated agents, and that if I signed with one of them, I would have better results. So, that tells me that Fizber is not about FSBO as they claim to be, since they just want to push one of their affiliate agents down your throat. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of "for sale by owner", doesn't it? And why would I want to use one of their agents when they ignored my friend's request for more information about my property? And they ignored my open house request which would have netted them an additional $500? Hardly the kind of realtor that I want to use to try to sell my home. Judge for yourself.....but I suggest you really think long and hard before giving this company any of your hard earned money!
05/14/2015: Rebuttal to Fizber's Reply:
I am simply stunned by Fizber's reply (see below). They try to make me out to be some kind of a jerk because I have not used their online "free" tools available to me. And they also stated that I priced my property higher than the comparable analysis that their agent gave me, and stated that I did not listen to any of the agent's suggestions. This just shows that Fizber has no clue as to what is going on. I have a copy of the actual comparable market analysis which I received from their agent, which was priced at $239,500. And Zillows zestimate for my property is $10K higher than my asking price! Also, their market analysis agent recommended that I separate the home price from the boat slip, which I did. And my asking price of $199,900 plus $35K for the boat slip is $4600 lower than the suggested listing price that their agent recommended. So either Fizber is lying to try to make themselves look better, or their agent is lying to them about the recommended listing price of the evaluation. Either way, this is really a very poor and inaccurate response on Fizber's part. As far as me not using any of their available marketing tools, that also is untrue. A video tour was created, along with a digital property brochure, and links to these are posted on every available real estate web page that I am listed on. And I have shared my property info on Pinterest, Facebook, and Craigslist, I just did not do it through Fizber's site. I have printed and distributed fliers, just not Fizber's fliers, as they are not the only site that has this option available, and I have found better looking fliers elsewhere. And I have put up a yard sign, just not Fizber's yard sign. I have also held an Open House, and listed the open house through their MLS listing, but it was black balled by the local realtors. Everything that they offer that is free, I have done, I just have not done it all through their site. My property is listed on over 25 different real estate web pages, most of which I had to list my ad personally, since Fizber does not list on many of these sites. I have listed my property in over 20 different states on Craigslist, and it is renewed every 48 hours. And my property is listed in two local classified papers. Most of what Fizber offers to market your home is not free, but they failed to mention that in their reply. But what Fizber is really missing from my original comments is the fact that listing your property on the local MLS is a total waste of money, if the local realtors are going to ignore the listing and not show the property. Realtors are banning together against the low price MLS listings, and refusing to show them because they do not want to lose the ability to list properties and receive a 3% commission. They do very little work to list a property, yet they receive half of their income from listing properties. So, places like Zillow, Fizber and ForSaleByOwner are a huge threat to their bottom line. It does not matter which internet service you choose to pay for the MLS service, they will all get the cold shoulder from the local realtors. And that also holds true with the realtors that Fizber uses, even though Fizber does not seem to be aware of this.
And for those of you that are skeptical about the facts that I have stated here as to the local realtors banning together against the MLS entries coming from such web sites, I have one more bit of info on this. I am friends with an upper management representative of the second largest independent residential real estate brokerage firm in the United States, HomeSevices of America, Inc., and he acknowledges the fact that the realtors will stick together to try to save their listing fees from disappearing to such sites as Fizber, Zillow and ForSaleByOwner. His suggestion: find a good realtor and get your house listed, if you really want to sell it!
So, Fizber, back off on the negative comments on how I am not doing enough to try and sell my property. You have no idea how much work I have put into this process, and I guarantee I have done more than any realtor will ever do for me. But I am only one person working alone, where the realtors are a complete network that is working together, and when this network decides to work against you, there is not much hope for a successful sale. I am by no means attacking Fizber, I am just stating how the listing on the local MLS, whether through your site, or one of your competitors, is a waste of money, when the local realtors are going to boycott your listing. And that includes the local realtors that Fizber is using, whether or not the people at Fizber actually realize it or not!

SCAM
Do NoT use this site! They don't tell you that you will lose the ability to change your listing information and lose complete control of your listing info. They listed our home on multiple sites with the wrong PRICE and wrong info and would not change it. BEWARE they are scammers!!!

Great help with getting my listing set up and rolling
I just began my listing a few days ago, but my first impression has been very favorable regarding the support for my online listing. I found a few issues when going live with the listing, contacted support, and received immediate feedback. We discovered that a slight bug existed and the team immediately began working on the situation. Plus, I also received a phone call to help me correct the issues directly on the main server.
I will provide more feedback regarding the selling experience!
Great way to sell your house....with free marketing tools
Very impressive website. They offer a bunch of free marketing and listing tools. After listing on Fizber, I received very professional marketing materials and video that I could share online and through Facebook, etc. The also posted my listing to Trulia, Zillow, etc. Very cool.
Enjoyed the free listing and free marketing tools
I listed my home on Fizber for free. The marketing tools are amazing. Better than other for sale by owner sites I have visited. I had questions about how to share the marketing tools that they provide and they were very responsive. The negative comments below are all 3+ years old. I wanted to give a new perspective because I think a lot has changed with the site since the negative comments below were made.
Deceptive behavior
They list houses that were sold over a year ago. Look closely to see they mention on the listing page, "Listing expired" but not the fact that it actually was sold. If you save the listing in PDF you'll see that it was sold, but NOT on the listing page. Seems they use "Listing expired" homes to entice buyers to the site. Is it a form of "Bait and Switch?" If a house was sold a year ago why advertise it as if it were still for sale?
