Scam company - do not use - currently going through my banks fraud team to recover the £1,500 they took from me.
Please read further reviews as lots of fake reviews on here - how this company are still running I do not know. Wish I did my homework on this company before purchasing.

I bought a spinning bike, the Fytter RI-04R, and I received it in 5 days, certainly I was not expecting it so fast . When I opened the box I realized that they gave me another bike, the RI-02R model. There are not many differences between both bikes, but I prefered the RI-04R because of the aesthetic. Inmediatelly I called them to claim and they attended me very fast. They brought the bike I asked for since the beginning and also they gave me the Tunturi mat for the problems occasioned, which cost 45 pounds. The truth is that the customer service has been excellent and they have been very profesionals solving problems, and the fact that they have given me a product to compensate is something that shows they take into consideration the satisfaction of their customers.

Absolutely dreadful company. We cancelled a delivery with them and was promised our £642 would be refunded within 72 hours into our account that was the 9th of September . Left messages for them to call me back never called me back . Eventually spoke to them on the 18th of September when they showed me the refund is going to be done that day . As of today still no refund . Avoid this company at all costs

We ordered a CF800 leg press from FitnessInn. We ordered on the Friday despite my phone call not being returned (hence the four stars) and then I checked the company reviews. I immediately panicked and as we had paid via Paypal, I tried to get my money back as I believed I had been scammed. I set-up a dispute but I was phoned by James from FitnessInn on the Tuesday. He said that he could understand my concerns regarding the reviews I had read but he assured me that all was OK and the item had been dispatched. He said of the thousands of customers they sell to, the vast majority are happy. The company is based in Spain but the courier was Dachser and they kept me updated with a tracking reference. The parcel arrived within two weeks of placing the order and all went swimmingly. FitnessInn were £200 cheaper than the closest rival. It is an awesome piece of kit and is certainly built to last. There were decent instructions and it took two of us less than two hours to put it together. And the post was free which is great when you consider an item weighing over 100kg was sent from Spain. All-in-all I was very impressed with FitnessInn and I overreacted at the start by contacting Paypal.

Awful customer service. Impossible to talk to anyone. Left emails, voicemails for 2 weeks now.

Did not rate that company highly but it appears that on top of being a scam company they also buy fake reviews here. Speaks volume. The flood of positive reviews, all generic, all reading the same from countries they not even trade in is so funny to read. Serious people, please move onto the second page for real customer experiences....

Don’t deal with this company I ordered and paid ,they said it’s discontinued ,so I asked for refund ,it’s been 8 weeks no joy ,so I have rang my credit card company to resolve ,they not bothered to refund

Don’t buy from these. I bought am item over a month ago which was out of stock, they said they would refund me. 6 weeks later still no money back, never amswer the phone lies agter lies. Scum

This company have had £375 of my money since beginning of April. They said the item I ordered had been discontinued, yet it's still on their site and still says in stock. They make promises they WON'T keep, like delivery days then let you down. They IGNORE your emails. I eventually refused delivery and have put a complaint in with paypal to get my money back.
I WOULDN'T TOUCH THEM WITH SOMEONE ELSE MONEY.

Total scam. Beware. They have over £1000 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. They have a pretend sales / customer service number that I have called 20 times with an answer phone that no one ever replies to. Absolutely gutted I have been caught out. Reporting to the police and trading standards also. Not all robbers wear balaclavas it seems.

Poor, nothing received.

Paid £1500 for gym equipment on the 16th April 2019 it is now the 15th May 2019 nothing has been delivered. Phoned the company and they said they would email the courier and get back to me.... no contact received. I have since emailed twice and left two phone messages, no reply to anything. I managed to get through on the 17th the guy who answered took my name told me to hold and then put the phone down, 54 returned calls each went to an answer machine. Poor communication and none delivery of good, no tracking information and no further updated from order / payment email on the 16th April 2019. Scam company and should be shut down, put a chargeback in with my bank to get the money back. I hope the police arrest these scammers. NOT a UK Company either they are based in Spain!

Staff at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. They gave plenty of advice but were not too intrusive when I was trying out the product.

Pls don’t buy from this company and please I was lucky to get my money back after 1 month if no picking up of calls no response to email. Thanks to God and my bank I got my money back which was a large amount.

Very poor communication with this company. wouldn't recommend. no one answers phones, no one replies to the live chat and took 4 days to respond to an e-mail. Still no clue where my item is as they keep sending emails in Spanish. nightmare avoid

Fast and reliable service and very helpful staff.

Item arrived damaged, poorly put together by the factory. Delivery took weeks. Refused to sort out unless I got a professional to look over the product at my expense! The service is nonexistent. I’m completely appalled & will NEVER shop here again! Avoid at all costs...I’m now £2500 out of pocket.
