The staff where helpful, kept me updated and informed about where my NordicTrack S22i Bike was. The product itself is amazing and exactly what I expected, loving the interactive display, fitness classes and Bike Tours. Amazing Bike!!

Purchased a Nordic Track T9.5 treadmill and while I did have to wait for delivery this was entirely down to external issues - Brexit
I was kept well informed and the treadmill arrived a couple of days after the anticipated delay the company advised at the outset.
Absolutely delighted with the product - it has transformed our family appetite for getting fit.
I would buy from this supplier again with confidence

!!SCAM ALERT!! Ordered a treadmill from these thieves using the Klarna 'Pay In Three' method. The payment was only meant to be taken when the item was dispatched but was taken weeks before the item was 'dispatched'. It was never dispatched. I cancelled the order after reading the horrific reviews on this site but FitnessINN decided to get the full payment from Klarna fraudulently & then pretend the treadmill had been sent by emailing me a fake document from the alleged delivery company. How do I know it was fake? I called the company to tell them not to bother delivering as the order was cancelled & they had no record of me on their system & the reference numbers were not recognised. Item was allegedly dispatched 2 months ago so they must be pushing it from Germany to Scotland on a skateboard. Credit card company refunded me & Klarna have confirmed the order is cancelled so I've escaped the clutches of fraud this time. I can only imagine that the 'positive' reviews you see here are probably as real as the delivery note I received!....

Great end result. Can be hard to get hold of customer services at times but item was delivered on time and installed well. Brilliant bit of kit! I would use this company in the future.

Thought I would write an update. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Months down the road and I still canmot use my spin bike or get a response from them. £700 for a piece of equipment I cannot use. Disgusting customer service.

Its easy to gloss over negative reviews/experiences some customers have had with this merchant, but you should absolutely listen to their every word! Firstly I placed an order for a Titanium Strength Half Rack in November 2020. I selected the Klarna pay in 3 option that only takes first payment when the order has been dispatched. It got to the 17th December 2020 and I still had no word about when it would be on its way, so I got in contact with FitnessInn. I didnt get a response however in the process of looking for the contact email I stumbled across this Trustpilot page and got cold feet about my order. I followed up my initial enquiry with another email to cancel my order due to the negative reviews I had been reading about them, I soon got a phone call back to discuss my order from a woman called Leticia. She explained to me there had been manufacturing delays and as a result the order wouldn't be dispatched for some time, so this only convinced me more of my request to cancel. She apologised for the delay and cancelled my request, she then followed up the next day with an email confirming the cancellation request. I also received an email from Tom confirming the cancellation and that my "refund" would be processed in the coming days, a line I thought was odd because they hadn't yet taken any money, however I assumed everything was in order. I thought nothing more of it until February 21st, when I noticed on my online banking that Klarna had taken the first payment out for the order I had cancelled nearly 3 months ago. I got into contact with Klarna and they said that they were not contacted about any cancellation of the order, but were not able to issue a refund as the cancellation has to be confirmed with FitnessInn. I have no idea how I was charged as I Klarna only take payment when the items have been dispatched! I sent an email over to Tom with no response, so the following day after numerous attempts to get in contact, another lady answered my phone call. I explained the situation to her and she was very sympathetic and understood my frustration for being out of pocket. She confirmed that nothing was being dispatched to me, she did however manage to push forward the email I sent to Tom. Toms response to the email I sent explaining that money was taken from my bank account from Klarna despite the cancellation 3 months prior was extremely unhelpful and disregarded the whole situation. His reply was and I quote in full "Afternoon, This is not possible. Please let me double check with my finance and Klarna and I get back to you. Regards". I was unsatisfied with his less than concerned response, almost as if he didnt believe me! So I sent him a screengrab of my online banking highlighting the transation, as well as the confirmation of first of 3 payments Klarna emailed me. I am still wating on that response, but also when I tried to call FitnessInn up again they didnt call back when they said they would and I believe are now purposely are evading my phone number. This company is an absolute sham, I feel it suffers from top down management issues, cashflow problems and lack of integrity on its promises. I urge absolutely everybody to avoid them at all costs! I have raised a dispute with my bank and it should stop all future payments as well as refunding my first of the 3 from Klarna. Save yourself a headache, protect your money, purchase elsewhere!

No progress emails, no reply to queries when the expected delivery date had been and gone, they take your money upfront for items that they state won't be in stock for months and we then had to open a PayPal dispute to get our money back.

I waited 4 months for my half rack, due to covid. Communication was slow between emails. Wasn't to concerned once I had an email back. Was offered a refund if I didn't want to wait for the shipment, but decided to carry in with the wait. Eventually got it today and so chuffed with it. One lil bit of plastic broke but everything else is next to perfect. Few minor imperfections but its Gona get a little knocked about.

Wish I could give 0 star absolutely a joke.
This company is a scam be aware.
I bought treadmill on 18th January and I use Klarna payment in case is something wrong they can sort it.
However had bad feeling as they claim they in UK, but that’s not true.
They are based in Barcelona and goods are shipped from Germany ??? I decided I will cancelled my order 3 days after as my item was not shipped and after seen all the bad reviews I decide I will rather buy from
Ebay which arrive within 2 working days. Now I had confirmation that my order was cancelled and they will contact the finance company to refund my money as even they didn’t ship my item they activated the payment. Now no one reply my emails and they do not pick up the phone and they still didn’t contact Klarna so I can’t get refund.
Stay away from them and don’t order anything as you will not receive your item or money back.

Shocking company.... I appreciate Covid is around but this is just being used as an excuse, the world is still turning and they're still happy taking orders they have no intention of fulfilling.
Very rarely can you speak to anyone. I placed an order in September and the website still states 12-25 days deliver... Now in January having been promised it'll be out in November then December.
So frustrating and 99.99% certain its a scam company.

Do not use them. I placed an order in April and have not received it or a refund. Emails sent are ignored. I suggest people report them to trading standards if they receive the same very poor service. This seems to be a repeat position where they are happily taking people's money and not supplying goods ordered and paid for.

Ordered a treadmill in October and paid over £3500 for it!! I have still not received it!! This company are thieves!! Beware!!! I cannot get them to answer the phone or reply to my emails!!

Nearly had a meltdown when I saw the reviews after I’d spent over a grand on a treadmill. I shouldn’t have worried though as it turned up exactly as promised. They got in touch the day after I ordered to give me a delivery date and then the courier got in touch the day before to make sure that day was still ok. The driver arrived nice and early and called about half an hour beforehand So we were ready when he arrived. I’ve no reason to complain and would be happy to recommend them to other people.

Bought a Titanium Strength TS2 bike which arrived faulty so had to be returned which took a while, was told by customer services (Tom ) they would replace with a Bodytone DS60 which was the same bike, this arrived unboxed and in a bit of plastic wrapping indicating to me this was not a new bike, on closer inspection parts were missing paint off and rust marks. Tried contacting customer services but no replies, still trying now, in process of contacting finance company who will deal with it. This company does not supply quality equipment and try fobbing you off with refurbished or ex demo after paying full price for new equipment. Stay well clear, absolutely shocking customer services and products.

Awful, just don't use them. First of all, Fitness Inn is actually Gym Company in Barcelona. They show really sturdy nice looking equipment online that's actually shoddy, made in China with a cheap coating that flakes off quite easily. Their customer service is bad, one representative in particular is very combative, argumentative and totally not suitable for his role. My order was supposed to turn up in 3 shipments, one was missing. The customer rep told me it would be with me tomorrow. I asked the shipment company Dachser who said they never received it so how could they deliver something tomorrow that they'd never received? Every time I called and picked up this guy was in a bad mood. That's what fitness inn customer service is like though, they fob you off with nonsense or give you attitude and hope you go away. And then when you actually do get your product its poorly manufactured with uneven welding seams, poor quality coating and bad threading on screws and all sorts. Just wait, save your money, get something better quality because in the long run this company isn't worth buying from.

I was after a NordicTrack X32i treadmill but everywhere was out of stock. I messaged NordicTrack and they didn’t have a timeframe for new stock. The only place I could find one was FitnessInn which said ‘due in stock 15/10/20.
I called them, no answer, no option to leave a voice message. A few hours later I received a call from someone at FitnessInn stating they’d had a missed call from me. They confirmed they would be getting some in stock and they would then be shipped to the UK.
Alarm bells were ringing in my head. I didn’t order. I read the reviews on here and decided not to. A day or 2 later I sent a message to NordicTrack on Facebook messenger. They confirmed that FitnessInn are one of there customers. With this knowledge I decided to order.
On the Sunday the 15th I checked the website and it had updated to say in stock. Late Monday/early Tuesday I had a text from the delivery company asking me to confirm delivery for the 18th. It arrived this morning. All in great condition. It’s now set up and working great.
There’s some bad reviews on here but my experience has been great. The reviews nearly stopped me from ordering. So glad I did, hence the review. I never leave review

I never normally write a review but I ordered a powercage from fitnessINN that took 2 months to arrive from Spain. The dip handles also ordered with it for £65 have never arrived. They sent an email saying they were out of stock for a month and now 6 months later they have stopped replying to emails at all.

I'm writing this because having never ordered an expensive item online before, I literally had a fit when I looked up the company (after making my purchase) and found these reviews.
I ordered a Nordic Track 2950 treadmill (absolutely amazing piece of kit and can't recommend it highly enough) on October 1st and on the website it said 7-14 day delivery. I had a call from a lady called Jessica the following day who said that the delivery team would be in touch with me to arrange a date for delivery. A few days later, I had an email (in Spanish!) which seemed to suggest that it was on its way from Spain!
At 13 days, I had not heard anything so I emailed Jessica who explained that the reason that my order was taking longer was that I had booked delivery and installation; I wanted it installed as it's a very large treadmill and with the cost of it, I didn't want to take any chances.
A week later, I had a call from a company called Spin Doctors in Milton Keynes. (I live in Cornwall!) They booked to come and install the treadmill last Thursday. Two men came, installed the beast as it's now called and I literally couldn't be happier. (The men from Spin Doctors were excellent - installed it quickly and explained how to set up iFit etc.)
Although the treadmill wasn't delievered within 7-14 days, Fitness Inn did clearly explain the reason why and unlike the experience of others, did answer the phone and respond to emails.
I hope this review reassures anyone who is currently waiting for a delivery as at one point I felt sick to the stomach as I thought I had been scammed.

Been trying to get a Nordic track bike for ages but everywhere out of stock. Preordered with Fitness Inn mid October with promise of stock 30th October. Communication was great with phone call and email confirming order and dispatch date. Bike was dispatched on the 30th and arrived at local depot on the 5th. Delivered in perfect condition the next day. Had to say I was little skeptical after some of the reviews here but I certainly can’t complain, everything as promised and I’m a happy customer. Thanks.
