We have enjoyed Fishbox for several years now. it is like Christmas every month opening a surprise parcel.
Being able to select what fish you love, like or hate is great, but it is still a surprise.
We have tried many types of fish not seen in our Supermarket and the fish is so fresh and ready for the freezer. Even in very hot weather the ice packs keep the fish cold.
Finding different recipes online is a solution on how to cook different fish.
Easy to cancel for holidays and makes a wonderful gift.

A fantastic idea, I've tried so many different types of fish & seafood over the years of subscribing to FishBox that I probably wouldn't have tried of I wasn't subscribing. It's such an easy service to use, allowing you to rate fish so you are not getting anything you don't like. All the gosh I've received has been very fresh and superb quality. Each portion is vacuum packed making it very easy to store in the freezer. Also I've found it very easy to cancel a month or adjust the delivery day and whenever I've needed to get in touch the staff have been helpful and friendly.

I get really good products, variety of fish and shellfish, great packaging so that I can put it straight in the freezer as it is already dated and labelled. Ensures we have a healthy fish diet without becoming overpowering. love it, love Fishbox and recommend it to anyone.

Aside from the really fresh and delicious fish, I feel very good about buying this on an ethical level as well. The surprise each month is fun too. Customer service is prompt, friendly and ‘pun’ny which I enjoy immensely. I recommend this company to everyone I know. You are wonderful on so many levels.

Had a couple of problems with deliveries going astray or delayed over the years. Fishbox always responded quickly and courteously and fixed the issue, even giving a wee extra something in the next box. The quality of the product is always excellent and I like that you can pass on things you don't like. The website is easy to use and very accessible and booking holidays from delivery is very easy. I like that the packaging has been made more planet friendly and largely recyclable.

Fish arrives ready to cook. Always a great variety. So easy to stick in the freezer until needed. Fresh and tasty. Makes me eat more fish instead of red meat and processed foods which can only be a good thing.
I love getting mussels, scallops (shell fish in general) but may be good to get a heads-up that it’s coming as you need to eat it quickly and sometimes my food plans are made for a couple of days in advance.

I have been buying Fishbox for some years and it’s a treat when the box arrives. I have the small box as I live alone but often order extras. The quality of the fish is top notch and the excellent packaging means I can refrigerate or freeze the fish easily so that they don’t deteriorate.
I can’t fault the company, its staff or the products..

Started using Fishbox at the start of lockdown. Great to get fresh fish delivered direct to your door. Been using Fishbox monthly ever since. Service is excellent & good quality produce. Would certainly recommend.

Love my fish box! Fresh and packed ready for the freezer. Or just eat on delivery! It’s great you can specify likes/dislikes too so you won’t get anything you don’t want. Easy to add extras if you want. It works out fair value and is fresher than supermarkets! I’ve been ordering for many months now and look forward to the delivery. You can also choose how often and how many portions. Easy to change or skip a box.

I have been with fish box for about a year. The fish is always fresh and is well packed and kept chilled. We now eat many more varieties of fish. Its easy to note on their website the types of fish you don't like and easy to stop or delay a delivery if you are planning to go away. The recipes on their website are good too. Their customer service team are excellent as well.

Packaging is good, as is labelling, making it easy to freeze if needed.

I have been a customer of Fishbox for several years and have never been disappointed by them. The fish is always of the highest quality, no delivery has ever been missed, customer service is good and I like the opportunity to buy extra when needed. I enjoy being surprised by what turns up each time.

I really enjoy getting my fish box deliveries as I never know what it is going to bring and I love the surprises. The fish is always really well prepared and so fresh. I have been able to try many varieties of fish you just don't see in the supermarkets or even local fishmongers, it has been an education!

Perfect every time and better value and quality than the supermarkets. Salmon is always scaled. Oysters are perfect. Mussels are gorgeous. Fantastic range of fresh, smoked and pickled seafood.

We have been getting the Fishbox for several months and every one has been exceptional!! Top quality fish (like high end restaurants!), ethically sourced, and good value. It also has enabled us to try new varieties and the portion sizes are bespoke to suit our family size. I also like being able to customise likes to suit our tastes (& allergies). I’ve recommended it Fishbox to friends too. Love it!

Fishbox arrives on the date it's supposed to. Fish is absolutely lovely and always nice to see what is in the box aside from the extras I order. Especially now you have fresh Pollock on the menu!
It would be really helpful on the website to say which fish is farmed overseas, particularly things like Bream from Turkey. I'd really rather keep to British waters fish as much as possible. Some squid would be brilliant too. Thanks
