The price of the box hasn't increased, but the price per portion has increased significantly. Less items in the box!

Fishbox is one of the greatest decisions our house ever made! The variety of fresh fish you can get has expanded our meals and allowed us to find new favourite fish. The price and quality compared to the supermarkets is excellent and it's nice to know we are helping UK fisherman. They've always had great customer service as well. We've been with them for years and the boxes are always on time.

Absolutely love Fishbox! The fish is always fresh and delicious and we always receive a great range of produce. Really handy to pick preferences on the website and be able to set holidays from deliveries.

I joined Fishbox during lockdown and have had a fortnightly delivery since. The fish is fresh, individually wrapped (it can be put straight into the freezer if you can't eat it immediately). A good feature is that you can select what species of fish you like and what you don't like. I have had only occasional problems with the courier delivery due to bad weather or congested roads. When contacted by email, staff are always courteous and will replace without quibbling if an order is severely delayed.

Restaurant quality fish at a very affordable price. Always very fresh and they are very good at responding to queries/requests. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

They get the delivery right (My box has 400+ miles to travel). Quality is superb especially the less regarded items - fish like pollack, hake, whiting and even coley are something else again.

Receiving my fish box is like having Xmas every month. I don’t know what I’m going to find when I open the box and I’m genuinely excited every single time.
I never plan a meal for fish box day as I know I’ll have something scrumptious, and sometimes different.
The fish is all freshly caught and so tasty. I could never go back to supermarket fish.
There is always such a great variety and I love receiving a fish I’ve never eaten [or heard of] before. They provide online recipes to help you cook the fish, but I’ve acquired a number of fish cookery books since I became a fish box customer because I’m much more interested in making the most of such a spectacular product.
You can also order additional fish from a large range. You also get to chose what you don’t want to receive, and can cancel a box if you’re away etc.
It’s a truly marvellous service and terrific product.

The variety of fresh fish vacuumed packed and ready to pop into your freezer is amazing. You take it out and cook whenever you want and I the fish is as fresh as on the day it was caught! We thoroughly enjoy the surprise element of not knowing what fish is going to be in your monthly delivery box. Just simply love it!!!

I really enjoy receiving my fishbox each month. Its seasonal fresh contents serve me with monthly reminders of the fishing community where I grew up where fish was landed weekly by the brave fishermen of the North Sea.

We love our fishbox, every month it’s great to receive lovely fresh fish, well filleted, It’s also good to try new fish and look for recipes to make new tasty healthy(ish) dishes, and being able to add to our box if we want a treat. We did have a problem with delivery over Christmas last year, boxes arriving a day late, or open etc so we stopped them for that busy period, but we were glad to start them again after about 3 months.

We always said we should eat more fish but never actually got to the fishmonger! The fact that absolutely fresh fish is delivered right to the door is amazing. We put it straight in to the freezer when it arrives and eat beautifully fresh fish every time. You get to choose what you'd like from a huge variety if and when it's available. The site is easy to use and communication is prompt. What more could you ask for? EAT MORE FISH!!
