We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in February just before the big COVID19 adventure began. We ride almost every day and they have been perfect! From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again.

I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising.

I also ordered a Bella Classic for my daughter. She our crew her first bike with training wheels and I wanted her to have a bike she would enjoy. We Crusoe the neighborhood together in style!

I ordered and paid for a bike in April 2020. I understand delays due to Covid but, this is unacceptable. The last communication we have rcvd was in June. This company has had our funds this entire time. We have no clue when we will receive the bike.

My husband and I traded in our mountain bikes for these two beach cruisers since we love to ride at the beach and they have been great bikes and we get so many compliments on them. I love that we have 3 gears as well to help with the occasional hills! Got a cute basket and bell as well! I would highly recommend them!

Loved having my Beach Bike through the COVID season- gave me a chance to get out and keep moving! My bike was incredibly well-made and easy to assemble… It took me less than an hour to put it together and I was riding in no time. I highly recommend purchasing as well as utilizing customer service for your support as you put your bike together. They are excellent in helping you achieve success!

These bikes are well made and easy to assemble. The colors are very nice as well. My girls said they are super comfortable.

We bought 2 bikes, for me and my wife. Very nice bikes and fast shipment. We ride them every afternoon around our neighborhood. Would recommend to friends and family.

I ordered my bike in mid April when it was in stock. I received and email about a week later saying it was about to ship. Unfortunately it didn’t ship until mid August. I was told my bike was no longer in stock and due to Covid it was delayed. Could not get an answer as to when it would actually be available. I was annoyed because I paid for something that was “in stock” but later told it wasn’t. After much back and forth, the bike was shipped and fortunately it’s a great bike. Just wish we had it sooner.

Bike arrived damaged. Broken spokes and bent rim. Zero help from customer service. Can't even get a response. Don't buy these bikes.

Ordered a Mens Chief 3 speed in grey and black on Saturday 10/17, it arrived on a Wednesday 10/21, granted I live within a 1 day shipping area. I used to own a Bruiser which I loved, and after a few years decided to get back into riding. I bought online and afterwards read a few reviews about shipping taking forever and poor customer service, so I was skeptical... Fortunately I didn't have any of these issues. I've had great experiences with their products in the past and am excited for the years to come with this new bike.

There aren't any instructions in the box. Its mostly straightforward to assemble until you get to the part of adding the fenders. Then there is a box of bolts with no instructions. No PDF online to download, can sort of find videos of assembly but not of the specific bike, just on how to assemble the men's bike.

This is the best bike I’ve ever purchased by far. Rides very smooth with not a problem at all. Thank you and I will be buying another for my wife real soon

Really enjoying my Firmstrong Beach Cruiser. Initially bought it so I can use it on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida for the month we stay there in February/March. Now that I’m home back in Connecticut, I find myself finding trails(pavement) in my immediate area that I ride quite often. It’s low maintenance , and suits all my needs to relax and exercise . Thanks so much for the great deal!

Great bike! Gift for my wife and she LOVES it. They did send the incorrect model first (1 speed vs. 7 speed) but immediately send the correct bike! Easy to work with and really great customer service.
