The bikes are so nice and comfortable, especially for heavier riders. It did take a while to receive my bikes due to Covid-19 (I place my order in April and received in October) but it was worth the wait! Very good looking bikes as well!

The bike is awesome! It was back ordered for months so I can’t really review shipping time. It’s one of very few beach cruisers with 29” tires. Very cool looking and the big tires let you cruise effortlessly, once you get up to speed. Nice welds and decent components.

I LOVE my new beach cruiser! Great quality for the price. I received my bike about a month ago and it had a flat tire. I sent an email to Firmstrong and they promptly responded by offering to send me a replacement tire or pay my invoice if I chose to have it repaired at a bike shop. I asked them to send me a new tire in the mail and they sent two!

Great bike and well packaged... This is my second Firmstrong bike and I really enjoy the ride.

I ordered my Bruiser during the peak of the pandemic when bikes were extremely scarce. Firmstrong kept in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of my order. They were really great about communicating and were willing to refund my purchase at any time.

When the bike arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and I was riding in less than 30 minutes!

This bike was purchased during these hard times and was just what I needed. Very nice bike for the cost and I love it! Other then the wait which we were updated on a lot it’s perfect!

Let me start by saying the bicycles are great and high quality. They are very sturdy and were very reasonably priced. The 4 stars (instead of 5) is only because of the months long delay, which really was not the fault of Firmstrong (nobody had bicycles available at the time). When we first started quarantining, we thought it would be a great idea to order bicycles to help us stay active. Unfortunately, manufacturing had shut down and we could not find bikes anywhere. Firmstrong had bicycles listed and let us know delivery may be delayed because of COVID. I don't think they or us were prepared for the length of the delay. Firmstrong communicated with us along the way and kept us informed about manufacturing delays. Ultimately we received the great bicycles and couldn't be happier.

Considering the global shortage of bicycles because of the pandemic, I cannot judge the delivery process other than to say they communicated as well as possible and what did arrive was easy to assemble and a tremendous value for a 3 speed cruiser. Very happy

Ordered 4 bikes based on the website and avail. stock, i called to follow up and was told sorry even the 4 bikes that i ordered were out of stock, problem i have is they already charged my card and i was told they will issue a refund but it will take 10 business days to show. All this happened within 10 mins of the order., Really i have to wait to get a refund.

I had a good experience with Firmstrong bikes. I had to wait a month to receive my bike but it was worth the wait because I use my bike a lot. So thank you Firmstrong.

We bought a cruiser for my 7-year old daughter. It shipped quickly and assembly was easy. It's a solid, good looking bike that she loves to ride. Overall, it's been a great value and I recommend it highly.

Great Bike! Fast Shipping and Easy to Assemble

Gorgeous bike!!! Purchased as a gift for my son-in-law and he absolutely LOVED it. Now the three of us use our beach bikes for neighborhood rides as well as on all of our Pensacola Beach adventures :)

After getting through a lackluster customer service and waiting 6 months for a bike, I was happy with the actual bike. Solid purchase overall, but customer service and transparency between the call center and warehouse can be improved.

Bikes look great. Had a few problems with missing pieces that were eventually resolved. Have broken 2 seat post clamps trying to adjust seat heights. Chain has fallen off twice which is quite dangerous on bikes with no hand brakes as no chain means no brakes. All in all, the bikes are fine but not as great as I had hoped. Price was fair so I can't/won't complain too much.

It was a little hard to put together. There was paint inside the screw holes which made things pretty hard to screw in right. However we did get the bike together the seat is pretty hard but it’s not a bad bike

Purchased an all white beach cruiser from Firmstrong. Liked it so much I ordered another one (black and teal) for my daughter. Great quality you get what you pay for here.

When I purchased my Firmstrong bike I had a unique experience where I had a lot of gift cards to use. The customer service person over the phone was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help me even took time to find if the bike I really wanted was in stock even though it said sold out. She called right back and informed me there was 1 left. Cashing in the gift cards took a while but she was a great sport and made the experience fun. Once I received the bike it was easy to put together and honestly, it's been the best bike I ever had.
