Staff in the Clacton shop is excepcionally friendly and helpful. I visited the shop a couple of times, but I ended up ordering two rings for store collection as I couldn't make my mind up on the spot. The process was very easy. They sorted it out for me ever so quickly. I had an email notifying me that the items have arrived.

Purchased a bracelet that tarnished within a fortnight, only worn a few times, refused a refund or replacement saying that it was the wearers skin causing the problem! surely they are meant to wear. turned into a waste of time and money

I purchased a silver ring with diamonds and amethyst for my daughter and a stone came out. Returned to F.Hinds
shop in Hastings and was told slight knock at the rear of the ring but stone should not of fallen out and that they must send it off to head office. Head office said we damaged it, they offered 25 0/0discount on a new ring. we have spent over £8000 on jewellery in F Hinds and i am very dissatisfied with their response.
