Just a wonderful experience. Ive always wanted a gold cross with a chain to wear around my neck. I had tried 3 jewelers before F Hinds in Telford. I was very nervous, but the experienced staff helped me choose the perfect cross and chain. Excellent friendly and experienced staff. I wouln't hesitate to visit again! Thank you F Hinds!

New battery for watch needed under Lifetime Guarantee scheme. Very polite staff. Receipt given to pick up watch at later time. On returning to collect watch the staff were very efficient, polite, and transaction quickly processed. Brilliant customer service. Been going to Hinds for years - excellent store, staff and service. I brought an engagement ring. The stone fell out after 3 days. Offered a replacement but we refused as it was obviously faulty or poor quality. We were refused a refund until it was sent to head office .Two months later still only Offered a replacement .Appalling customer service. Do not buy anything from this company.

Took a Tissot PRX and a Longines HydroConquest into F.Hinds to have the bracelets adjusted, paying £20 per watch for the service.

​The associate damaged the spring pin in the clasp of the Longines, causing the watch to fall apart on my wrist. This prompted me to inspect the Tissot, where I found a pin left proud — another jeweller later confirmed it had been bent.

​When I contacted customer service, they spoke to the associate, effectively accused me of lying, and refused a refund. Even after I sent photo evidence of the damaged watches, they still refused a refund, only offering to send the watches away to a service centre for four weeks.

​I eventually got my money back, but only by providing the receipt and photos to my bank, who approved a chargeback for services not provided with reasonable care and skill.

​Shambolic service from start to finish. If you value your watches and jewelry or expect decent customer service, do not use F.Hinds

Very quick watch battery change, and a reasonable price which includes future batteries as well.

I took in my watch to have the battery changed. The person in the shop was very friendly and helpful. When i returned after 30 minutes the watch was ready.

The staff were excellent and patient whilst I was trying different items, plenty of choice and the prices were lower than those on the high street.
