I have got more than 10 + enquiry details of flats listed in the platform and not even one number works and most of the names are same and mobile number does not work.

Dealing with Fazwaz to purchase a Condo in Phuket was a very smooth experience.
Our agent Khun Chotiwit Sakulsongboonsiri was excellent. We viewed a few condos with him and found one we wanted quite quickly. He was very helpful, had great communication, and was pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend using Fazwaz for rental/purchase of property.

To clarify, FazWaz is a real estate company with its own listing platform. In Thailand, listings within our service area are supported by our dedicated agents. For properties in other countries, FazWaz acts as a listing portal only, connecting clients directly with property owners. We do not act as a mediator for these listings.
Our website clearly indicates this on the right-hand side of each listing, where clients fill in their contact information and rental duration. To proceed with inquiries, two checkboxes must be ticked, confirming that:
1. The property is outside FazWaz.my’s coverage.
2. You acknowledge the advice to never transfer money before viewing the property and signing a formal contract.
There is also a clear note explaining that inquiries go directly to the property owner or external agent, and FazWaz is not responsible for the property or any subsequent interactions.
If a listing appears suspicious or fraudulent, it can be reported via the “Report Problem” button on the top left of the listing thumbnail.
We hope this clarifies how our platform works. While we sympathize with your loss, any transfer of funds for properties outside FazWaz’s coverage falls outside our responsibility, as outlined on the listing. We strongly encourage all clients to read these notices carefully before proceeding.

once again, i clicked on a link somebody sent me to just simply see a property online and received unwanted calls, sms, emails and surveys about my experience. i did not accept any cookies, terms, or anything like that in order for fazwaz to contact me thru any method and its really annoying and worrysome that you somehow acquire all my personal info without my consent or me being logged in to your website. last time the agent that contacted me was rude when i showed no interest and your previous reply to my review was false and misleading. not sure why would anyone want be subjected to such spamming. please do not contact me under any circumstances.

November 2025. j ai loue une maison a Hua hin aout 2025. j ai fait confiance a Khun Pally que j ai remunere 30 000 baths ; 2 mois de deposit et 3 mois de loyers d avance jusqu au terme du contrat de location pour me trouver une maison. Entre les photos qu elle m avaient envoyees et la realite c etait un autre monde. J ai du faire 150 000 bahts de societes de peintures tellement la maison etait sale, apres une des salles de bain inutilisable ; une boue tombee sur le sol, j ai du refaire tout le systeme, l eau de la cuisine se deverssee sur la terrasse, etc .... J appelais Miss Pally de Fazwas cela la faisait rire. Aujourdhui les plafonds tombent sous le poids de l eau venant de la terrasse et ce malgre mes sms et emails depuis 2 mois ............. Fazwas now loue n importe quoi sans suivi et les proprietaires ne se deplacent pas. demain je serais au tribunal de hua hin pour porter plainte et Fazwas cela les fait rire. Evitez sincerement cette societe si vous ne souhaitez pas etre dans un etat de desarroi quant aux locations

Bait and switch
Purporting to have a wide range of condos but regularly pull the 'owner not available' followed by 'we have this one instead'.

Response from Fazwaz below, disingenuous to my mind but also now flagged as defamatory. These are the facts:
1. Requested viewing of property inHua Hin, contact from a helpful agent.
2. Decided against viewing when in location, informed agent.
3. Agent requested our details and brief, provided.
4. New agent reached out, large influx of WhatsApp and email messages. Felt uncomfortable. Declined further viewings.
5. Did our own tour and research, selected a unit in a property we liked and had specifically identified to Fazwaz. Requested viewing via search portal, agency not identified.
6. Previous, vociferous agent from FazWaz responded and agreed time/date to view but only confirmed a different unit in same property. We felt we were being misled and declined.
7. Saw an alternative unit in the same property, requested viewing on our last day via same anonymised portal.
8. Same agent responded, offered two viewings but again neither were of the property we had enquired about directly.
Again, we declined, somewhat exasperated.
There was no pivot from Fazwaz as they were not offering the properties we wanted to see. Based on previous experience with Fazwaz in Pattaya, we believe they may be using unrealistic listings.
