From the very beginning, I was impressed and honestly fascinated by how well „Nook“ from Hua Hin understood me. It almost felt like he could read my mind. He didn’t just listen — he truly understood what I wanted, even when I couldn’t fully express it myself.

What stood out the most to me was his honesty and transparency. Especially when it came to the pool construction, I received offers from other companies that were significantly more expensive. He was always straightforward, fair, and made sure I got the best possible price without compromising quality. At no point did I feel pushed or misled — quite the opposite. Too many scammers placing fraudulent ads listing very low prices and then when you contact them they ask for P2000 reservation deposit via GCash or other online payment prior to looking at a rental?! 🙄👎🏻

Contacted the developer to get the average owners rental rates for the same condos which start between P35,000 to P45,000 per month not the P8,000, P9,000, P11,800 or P14,000
