My agent Miss Milk Wirata from the Cholong, Phuket office was almost flawless. She worked all hours, weekends, public holidays. Even meet me up in Bangkok. I'm a long time resident of Thailand and can recommend this agency in their local knowledge and big team of professionals as very good. They have been on the Thai market over ten years I think. My agent was indeed very good to say the least. I would highly recommend Miss Milk Wirata as she is also a native of Phuket with many years in Bangkok it gives her a duality which I feel people will respect. Her English is very good as well as her explanations. She really is 5*

This review is not just about transportation or real estate services. Zen genuinely went far beyond what we expected and made our family’s transition to Chiang Mai feel welcoming and smooth from beginning to end.

Timeline:

In 2025, our 11-year-old daughter was accepted to Prem Tinsulanonda International School, and we began searching for housing from the United States.

We connected with Zen through a WhatsApp group and FazWaz, and she immediately stood out. She arranged multiple virtual tours over WhatsApp while we were still in the U.S., and they were incredibly helpful, detailed, and honest.

When we finally landed in Chiang Mai, Zen kindly picked us up, helped us get settled, and even gave us useful advice regarding TDAC and local arrival logistics. That level of care meant a lot after such a long international journey.

We entered Thailand smiling instead of stressed.

She took us to lunch, brought us to the home, and we immediately fell in love with the place.

What impressed us most was that she continued helping even after the viewing process. Since we had just arrived and were not fully prepared yet, she even helped us with grocery shopping and basic essentials so our family could settle in comfortably.

Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Zen treated us like people, not just clients, not just tourists, and we are extremely grateful for all of her help during such an important move for our family.

We are moving from the UK to Chiang Mai and FazWaz have been brilliant. I want to mention Zen in particular as she’s gone above and beyond to help us make the process seamless. Jo Hwong from Fazwaz in Phuket, Thailand, helped me sell my condominium apartment, which is located in Kata Beach, Phuket, Thailand. He helped me and the buyer put together a sales contract that we were both happy with and he advised us thru every step of the way to make sure that we both had all the correct documents and other paperwork needed to do the transfer transaction at the Government Land Office. Jo Hwong had Fazwaz provide me with a lawyer to assist me at the land office to make sure that everything went smoothly which it did. Jo Hwong communicated with me in fluent English which made it easy for me, since English is the only language that I know. I would recommend Jo Hwong to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Phuket or surrounding area.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on FazWaz. I have sent numerous inquiries, but it seems that out of 100 offers, most are fake and you never get a proper response. Even worse, the platform seems to be a playground for scammers.

I made an inquiry for a studio at The Excel Khukhot and was contacted on WhatsApp by someone claiming to be an agent. I was pressured to pay a reservation fee to a personal bank account belonging to a 'Mr. Amornchai', claiming it was a 'cashier staff account'. Since the payment, the agent has been stalling and making excuses.

It is clear that FazWaz is not vetting their listings or agents properly. Many ads appear to be fake 'bait' listings used by criminals to lure people in.

I have reported this fraud to Revolut and the police. FazWaz needs to take responsibility for the scams happening through their site and investigate why this 'agent' is allowed to operate using your property IDs.

FazWaz Team: I expect an immediate explanation regarding Unit ID: U6166044 and why your platform is full of unresponsive or fraudulent listings.

The agents assistance

FazWaz Real Estate Agency assigned me a real estate agent, Ahcha. She contacted me the same day. From that moment on, Ahcha guided me through the entire process of buying an apartment in Phuket. She prepared and explained all the details related to the property she helped me choose. I also have experience in this field as a developer in Poland. I was impressed by her professionalism, diligence, and speed in answering all questions and resolving any issues related to buying an apartment. This was the first time I had encountered such a professional real estate agent. From the beginning, I felt that as a real estate agent, she strives to provide excellent customer service but doesn't take sides in the transaction. She perfectly balances the interests of the buyer and seller, striving for compromise. I suspect the seller feels the same way. This gave me confidence in her and ensured she was able to protect my interests and expectations. At the same time, I must emphasize her exceptional knowledge of the legal aspects of buying and selling real estate and all related issues. She secured me an RA reservation agreement. At my request, she helped me find a law firm that prepared a trust deed (escrow account) and provided legal protection throughout the purchase agreement. She understands the interests of the parties and thoroughly explains all issues. I plan to buy another apartment in Phuket next year and will definitely use the services of agent Ahcha from FazWaz.

i want to rent a apartment, and i saw a place for a lower price and they asked me to deposit 200$ for reservation fee and i already did and then suddenly say they say i haven't completed my deposit and asked me for another 200$ for booking and i did what i was told and the agent texted me saying to pay another 500 before viewing the apartment and i already did deposit total 900$ and she was extremely rude to me and scold me cause i wasted her time. they never said anything about making a deposit and all. and then suddenly they asked me for another 300 for the agent to come and meet me and view the place. which is very hard for me to believe it now cause i will pay total of 1.2k and the 900 they don't want to refund back to me cause i didn't go to the viewing and all JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT DEPOSIT 300 FOR THE AGENT TO MEET ME ?!?!?! i just want my money back. if not i will file a police report.

Overall, my experience with FazWaz was good, but I learned that it really makes a difference when you find the right agent — someone who is truly professional.

At the beginning, I worked with another agent who made me feel very pressured. She didn’t stay neutral and seemed to lean too much toward the buyer’s side, which made the process stressful for me as a seller.

Then I started working with Ahcha, and everything changed. She is professional, honest, and truly committed to helping both sides find a solution. Thanks to her, selling my property became a smooth and even enjoyable process.
