Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction We love custom motorcycles, and that fact that we are lucky enough to be able to own them ride them & be part the amazing camaraderie that surrounds them is what gets us up in the morning (very early as well, if a ride is in the offering)! We’re NOT custom Bike “snobs”, we don’t care if you ride a 125 Virago, a Harley Davidson factory custom or a hand built £40,000 custom chop. It’s the fact you ride, not WHAT you ride. We’re NOT a bog standard type of Motorcycle Apparel & Part retailer, so if you’re looking for piles of the run of the mill boring gear that fills those guys warehouse & shop shelves, same old year in year out, then we are NOT for you. Here at Fat Skeleton you don’t have to wade through pages of gear you won’t be interested in. So if you’re looking for one piece racing leathers, knee sliders, a Moto GP riders latest helmet, then I’m sorry, you WON’T find them here! Our Custom Brand Ranges. Wherever possible we always prefer to personally Road Test new gear before it becomes part of the range, as it gives us opportunity to not only make sure it’s fit for purpose & represents good value for your biking buck, but also so we can talk about the product from first hand knowledge & use. We don’t stock something just because it’s a supplier offers us or worse still was dumping it on the market at a cheap price, if we’re not happy with it, we don’t stock it….end of.

Thanks John, delighted you're happy with you new Low Profile Open Face Helmet & the service we provide...makes it all worth while for us!!
Said my item was shipped two days later…
Said my item was shipped two days later refunded my money because they didn’t have the item.
Now in response to your reply that’s correct. You did message me and say the helmet was damaged and when I replied to you saying it makes no difference if it’s damaged or not because it’s for display purposes only and I was painting it you chose to ignore me which is strange considering you could’ve sold the helmet damaged at full price to someone who didn’t care it was damaged. You chose to ignore me so therefore my original comment of said it was dispatched two days later said you didn’t have the item stands correct because you lied he was damaged and then chose to ignore me

Reviwers original post read as follows:
"Said my item was shipped two days later refunded my money because they didn’t have the item".
Well that's not quite right is it??
So everyone can judge the quailty of this reviewers honesty in leaving one star, here's the email we sent at 3.42pm on February 23rd 2026 explaining the reason behind the refund.

"Hi Tony
When your German helmet was being checked it was found to be faulty .
As we are no longer stocking this helmet we have refunded your payment.
Kind Regards
Fat Skeleton"
Perhaps we should have just sent him the faulty one than being 100% honest & transparent.
And as to the customer supposedly telling us it was display only, we have no record of that conversation.

I bought a pair of Daytona 24 EVA Foam Padded Reactalite glasses, really friendly and helpful service from Paul and they work really well, quick to shade and clear and work behind my helmet visor with no issues.

Hi Tony
Not quite sure what quality you'd expect from a t shirt costing less than £17, (especially regarding the many 5 star reviews our t shirt range including this one gets with regards to t shirt & print quality), but like absolutely ANYTHING you buy from us & aren't 100% happy with, simply return it!!
Second time ordering from Fat Skeleton
Second time ordering from Fat Skeleton, I’ll definitely be back for more. Ordered the mystery tee shirt box, all 4 shirts great quality and fit really well!

Bought a pair of reactolite bifocal padded sun glasses. Went out for a ride today there brilliant. The sun came out and they darkened really quickly. Glanced down at the sat nav and i could see it clearly. No wind in my eyes at all. The man in the shop was very friendly and gave good advice. Brilliant.

Well satisfied with the returns service and the fit and quality of my new sweatshirt. I have ordered a few items from Fat Skeleton over the years and have never been disappointed.
