Was very informative. Taught our bunch from scratch to knowing how to tackle the streets. Carrie is an amazing instructor so you're in luck if she turns out to be there.

I used the excelerate riding school in Mytchett and I can't fault them enough..I had a really bad experience with my local riding school and mytchett could fit me in where my previous just strung me along for months.
Really resorted my faith in the motorcycle community. The booking process was easy, communication was on point and the lads were really professional and down to earth. I was really anxious but they put me at ease and although it was a lot to learn , it was done at a pace that was manageable. I was worried about not being good enough for the road ride but I got to that stage and felt really safe having the instructor behind me on Comms, really helped with my confidence..passed first time and was advised to get practice a bit on a 125 before I book in for DAS and I genuinely agree..so many people have said to go straight to a big bike but I'm happy to listen to the instructor and get experience and build my confidence on a 125.
I'm so happy with my experience with them that in 6-12 months time I will happily make the commute again and use them to do my DAS 🤞

Luckily got a booking made which aligned with my plans, course was instructive, clear and realistic. Instructor was patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this.

Just used RideTo to book my son’s CBT. It was an easy and trouble free booking system and a good choice of dates and times.

Highly recommended. Did CBT in Haywards Heath and the instructors are excellent. Really focused on safety.

First time completing a cbt and also my first time on a bike. Jorge my instructor was amazing at focusing the training on aspects that i did not understand and he also took extra time with me to ensure that i had remembered everything he had taught.

Horrible service. I paid for the CBT course and kept getting emails about "Peace of mind" as some people don't pass the CBT on first try. That was an understatement. If you have no experience riding, please get some experience before booking the CBT otherwise you will be throwing money away. On the other hand I paid for the Peace of mind, had a horrible experience at my CBT, needed to do it again and it has been a back and forth for almost 3 months now. They first insisted that the Peace of mind would go to an ITM course as suggested by my CBT trainer, even though I told them that I had since done a few ITM courses privately. They then insisted that the Peace of mind voucher was only valid at the same center as previous. It's been a horrible experience so far to be honest. I don't trust their recommendations and would prefer to book directly with a center when you find one.

Very pleasant experience

I booked my CBT through rideto on 3th June 2026 at ignite motorcycle training at postcode UB4 8DD. The instructor was the owner of center. He is just shouting on me without any reason. I felt very bad. I don't recommend to anyone to go there. If anyone is going there please choose other instructor. Don't go with owner. He will definitely fail you in CBT. He just wanted to book CBT again from you.

The instructors at Black Top were amazing, always made sure that I was hydrated in the hot weather, gave clear instructions to help me navigate the bike as well as techniques I can use to help myself. Both Steve & Meg were amazing, welcoming and were very funny. Due to the "piece of mind policy" I took out, I was able to come back the next day to complete the road ride which I wasnt fully ready for on the first day. They fully believed in me and was able to get me to pass my CBT in the end. Would fully recommend to anyone who is looking to pass, get amazing advice on bikes, insurance and gear and anyone who is looking to enjoy the day. :)

It was an amazing experience, really helpful for the learners. Overall training find me more easier, relieved more confident in doing my training.

The booking and handling of booking is a shambles. I booked, paid and told my booking wasn't available. Requested another date. Only to find out day before the payment timed out. Would have been nice for a call. I get a apology but little else. Disappointed that I've wasted two holiday days, time but also needing another refresher course now.

Good trainers but you need to fulfill all their requirements like boots, Jeans etc because they don't compromise on rules.

Amazing instructor taught so much needed to know for the roads and extras to do with other license loads of insight etc great guy appreciate him so much give him my thanks again did it 7:30 27/05/26 goals dagenham. ryan

Big shout out to Tony, our instructor on the day. As someone who had never ridden a manual motorbike before, he knew exactly how to get the best out of me and built my confidence up massively throughout the day.

By the end of it, I felt comfortable, excited and ready to get out on the road properly.

Also appreciated the passionate football debates on the road ride... although I’m still not sure how Italy not making the World Cup became part of my motorcycle training 😂.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing their CBT.

Just finished my cbt today. Chris is an amazing instructor. He spoke through everything clearly and answered any questions. For the on road section he was always making sure giving me good directions. Greatly recommended

I have done just completed CBT training from universal motorcycle training form Edgware and whole experience was awesome. H.Nakadey the instructor was very friendly ,good advice knowledgeable and guidance.I would definitely recommend it ! Ask for Hussain ! And additionally moped was kept clean and very good condition
