I love faded, couriers are a nightmare though
I love faded, absolutely quality clothing and good price, and above all great customer service, one tiny gripe, I’m hardly ever in my house during the working day, 7 days a week, I rely on couriers leaving parcels “in a safe place” some reason you don’t have that option with faded stuff, if it’s something you don’t know about or something might be able to adjust that would be great. 🤘🏼

I recently sent an item back because it was too small, I received an email about my refund and it was only 75% of the money I spent. Avoid this store, clothes run small and don’t no have morals.

My experience with your store was unique; I wasn't aware of the sizing, and the item turned out to be quite large. Could you explain what R and S mean in trouser sizes? The product itself was great, though!

My order came wrong, 😡 I ordered 2x jumpers and got sent 1x jumper and 1x joggers which I didn't want! I have emailed numerous times now to get this sorted without any response at all! Would i buy again 🤔 NO ! Not unless it gets resolved... spending £130 and feeling like iv been ripped off isn't good at all!... first and last time I'll order!
