Tracksuit bottoms - not even their brand arrived
Ordered 2 pairs of tracksuit bottoms, 1 grey , 1 black . Some item just 2 different colours. What arrived was a cheap material pair of black bottoms. With damage to the upper front. Also to add they looked nothing like the website photo. Didn’t have the faded writing on back pocket or nothing. They were not great . I then pulled out the grey ones of which had a jack and jones label on the side and inside. They were also nothing like what was advertised. They didn’t even have a rear pocket but the advert has a zoomed in photo of the pocket specifically. I was not happy as for around £50 a pair I was expecting some quality but never mind. Returned them , won’t buy again

Customer service is none existent, they give false and misleading information and then when you reply take ages to come back.
Ask to raise a complaint and they delay it by sending a document that cannot be amended and then copy and paste it to send to you to make you fill in via a notes page- what sort of way to make a complaint is that?
Fill this in and receive a reply days later, told someone will be back to you within 72 hours, well that time has passed and still no reply!

Returned items due to being too large
I ordered 2 t shirts in size XXL but when they arrived they were far too big I contacted Faded straight away and returned the items recorded delivery , I received my refund with no issues. I have to say that the t shirts I received were really good quality so I will be re ordering in a smaller size.
