Problems with delivery and receiving product …
I ordered support adjustable sandals 942119 and I became very worried I had been scammed. The delivery took much longer than expected, and had mixed messages about when it reached the US, Minneapolis and our local distribution center. I tracked the package. It was supposed to show up at my home on Aug.8. I received a notification it was supposedly delivered at 7:15 but my security system showed no such delivery. I received another notice that it was delivered at l0:54. My husband was home and the Ring doorbell showed no such delivery. What is going on. now contacted support and they say Sebastian
It seems 236723055840036 to be a different order number , our order number starts from FOS.
In the light of some similar emails and chats we received recently, I suspect that you along with some others could have been a victim of a mala fide online transaction..
Alternatively, this can be a genuine error from the company you transacted with, you may want to try and reach out to them..
Since we are not a party in this arrangement, I am afraid that we are unable to be of any assistance to you..

Negative Starts
If I could give -stars I would. I thought I was purchasing a Plantroncis wireless device to use on my computer to Teams calls/meetings. What I ended up paying was $200 for a heavy paper weight. It worked for a short time, and just when it passed the time I could return it, it died. when I tried to call their "LIVE SUPPORT" - I ended up having to go through a chat box and they said they could give me a number to reach out to the manufacturer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUBPAR PRODUCTS. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

misrepresentation of Garmin GPS
Company lists a reconditioned Garmin Drive 50LMT, which means Lifetime Maps and Traffic. They show a Traffic receiver power cord in their picture. But when I asked if it is included in the sale, I was told that only a standard cable is included and I would have to purchase a Traffic power cord in order to have traffic. For $60, almost as much as the GPS. CSR seemed unable to accept that this was misrepresentation. Of course that's not his job. And oddly enough, when you look at some of the reviews on Trustpilot, the written reviews are pretty bad, but they have 5 stars on them. Seems pretty bad to me. I guess Trustpilot is not to be trusted either.

I ordered a MinnKota trolling motor
I ordered a MinnKota trolling motor. There was some issues with communications in regards to inforegarding my order. Once the issue was resolved, which took 2 days and multiply representatives the shipping was very quick and everything was in order.

No returns.
This store sold a sham item to me and then would not take it back. There is no returns service and it is impossible to return items. They make it seem like you can return things but you cannot.

Item arrived damaged
Item arrived damaged. Received UPS return label and dropped off item at UPS access point (corner shop in Epsom). UPS have no record of tracking number provided on return label and are unable to locate item.
Return label obviously not right. Factory Outlet Store have not refunded and are unresponsive.
Do not buy from Factory Outlet Store.
