J’ai fait récemment une commande de baskets pendant le black friday et je viens de m'apercevoir que la paire a déjà été porté. Il y a des traces d'usures sous les semelles extérieures et sur les semelles intérieures. Une honte !
Je ne commanderais plus via votre site.

Bjr à éviter ! Site qui gagne du temps puis de l argent avec votre règlement, 15 jours d attente ! Puis finalement le jour de la livraison, plus de colis . Pourtant il y a bien un suivie curieux ! Quel jolie arnaque !!!!! A fuir ce site

J'ai voulu acheter le calendrier sophora a 9,99 pour ma fille.
J'ai payé cette somme et après on m'a à nouveau demander encore de l'argent. C'est une arnaque complète et en plus des influenceurs se permettent de publier et de le faire miroiter aux jeunes qu'ils les suivent.

I would give negative 100000000000000 if I could!!!!!! i placed an order over a month ago, it was a Mothers Day gift for my daughter, never arrived. I was sent 1 email noting it would ship in 2-3 weeks, I sent 3 emails to hear not a freaking word back. I called, most #s they provide do not work, get a busy signal, when I finally had "someone" answer it was a recording trying to sell my some shi!!!!!! I am filing a police report and a fraud complaint!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!

Ordered a refurbished Garmin GPS on April 13th as a birthday gift. Now nearly a month down the line and still no sign. Three emails sent....no response to date. Atrocious customer service and £95 out of pocket. Purchase items from this company at your own peril...Thieves!!

They sent me a defective piece of merchandise. I tried to contact via phone to be greeted by a message that their phones were down and I needed to email. I then attempted them to email 4 times, they never responded. They then lied to my credit card company and said I never tried to contact them regarding the item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

This site is a complete scam to steal your money, do not buy anything at FactoryOutletStore!

This is my second review since the first does not seem to have been loaded. This company is a complete scam do not buy. I purchased a trolling motor on 2/17/24 order #FOS-FEBRUARY-290280 it was delivered damaged beyond use. Factory Outlet will not respond to my emails or UPS request for information. I received and return shipping authorization and that is it, they now have my money and the item returned. It has now been over 2 months and no response or refund. Do not buy from Factory Outlet!

I ordered a set of 3 filters on 1/19/24. One filter arrived. I called and was told that the other two would be shipped. Nothing happened. Called again. This time I got one more filter. Called again and was told that I would have to send a picture of the filter and a link would be provided. No link. Tried emailing company. No reply. One star is far too generous.

ordered a'refurbished' Garmin Forerunner 30 watch. Poor battery life . Asked for a return (13 Apr) 4 days later, still awaiting instructions for a return

Heb bij deze een Garmin instinct 2 solar uurwerk gekocht en deze is nooit aangekomen ! Ze hebben me wel een belachelijk blauw bandje in de plaats gestuurd ! Zijn ze op hun hoofd gevallen ???!!!
Ik kan deze shop niet aanbevelen !

I ordered an item from this company. After 2 months there was no delivery of item. I emailed them and they said it was on back order. At that point I decided to cancel the order, however an order can only be canceled by calling. When I tried to call there is a recording saying due to technical problems they cannot take any calls. I have tried calling over several weeks and the same recording every time. I will never order anything from this place EVER AGAIN!

Ordered a Garmin and NEVER RECEIVED IT.
I've asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. Everytime I call I get a recording that says their system is down. Where is my REFUND??? This is a scamming and fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Absolutely useless. Ordered a satnav on 5 March and payment taken efficiently. Still not arrived, or even dispatched. Not possible to ring them because their "systems are down." Sent 4 emails and get an auto response promising reply in 24 hours. Complete lies, only had one reply after 5 working days asking for details even though I gave them the order reference. Worst online company ever. Is it a scam??

hey are completly unresponsive if you have an issue with your order. They are quick to ship and charge you but if you need help post sale, you can forget it.

Placed an order in late December 2023. Today is March 267th. As of this date I still haven't received my order. They only communication has been initiated by me. The response has been consistent in that there's been a delay.

14 February ordered product has not arrived so far!!

I purchased a refurbished Garmin watch via Factory Outlet Store. Sadly, I couldn't get the watch hands to move to the correct time. I spent quite a long time trying to fix this as I really like the watch.

I filled out the return form 3 March and have had really slow response. Over a week on one email and they didn't not answer my question. The email was basically a stock email.

I have written yet another email, but I am a bit worried that this isn't going to be resolved quickly, or the exchange watch that they have suggested will also not work or not be the correct style/colour as my original.

I tried for over two days to get information on if the product I ordered had shipped or if I could get a tracking number so that I would know when it would arrive. I never have issues with deliveries but did not want something that cost over $1800.00 just sitting outside on my porch. I tried the online chat first, more than a couple times and waited almost a couple days without response. I then called sales support a number of times and was disconnected. The last time was over and hour and then hung up on me. I then tried to just call someone in sales and still no answer. I am beginning to wonder if they are a scam. Now, a couple more days later, they have still not answered any requests but are able to send me advertising, twice. I have contacted my credit card bank and turned it over to their fraud department.
