Took a chance on a tik tok ordering site purchased 3 stanley cups on 5th December after numerous emails and the tracking site is fixed as when following the track very little movement after making yet another complaint mid January and again told to be patient to find that the tracking information updated to say that it had been delivered two weeks earlier. I have CCTV and no package has ever been delivered. Asked for a refund of which the company ignore my emails. Be very cautious of this company they SCAM you

Chance gone wrong
I placed my order on 11/25/2023 and have yet to receive any tracking information, any updates, or emails from the company about my order. I did confirm with my bank they received payment. Every time I go to the site, it says it’s closed. I’d say that any chance of me getting anything I purchased almost 2 months ago, I’m not getting. I took a chance on a Tik Tok shopping, I’m not doing that again.

Having a very hard time receiving information about my order that I placed 11/25/2023, never imagined it would take 30 days to receive my order. It's always worth following up an issue
I had problems with the return of a faulty sat nav that broke when I was outside the UK, and with getting its replacement, but FactoryOutletStore did finally sort out the problem and refund me the costs. It should have been a little easier but the all's well that ends well.

A complete scam. Do not spend your hard earned money to fund this disgrace of an retailer. I've been waiting two months for a refund. With each inquiry (ie,, 4 contacts) I'm told, "It will be complete in two business days". My next stop is the Attorney General.

I ordered Sonicare replacements on July 31, 2023
I ordered Sonicare replacement heads on July 31, 2023. I waited over a month and called. They said they were not in stock but would be in about 2 weeks and would ship then. I did this 2 more times and as of today (Dec 1, 2023 - 4th call) they are still not in stock. My original item was $31.96 and now it's listed as in stock for $93.99. Clearly they do not want to honor the original price they sold it to me for. I found a suitable replacement on their website and said send me these instead. Reply was: Oh, they're not in stock either even though the website says they are In Stock. Then she says the website has not been updated. If that is the case, they're selling inventory they don't have in stock. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 10, I WOULD. What a bunch of CON artists!!!! Don't order from these "people". To factory outlet: don't bother with a pathetic response, I'll never read it... juist get me my refund!
