I ordered an item from Factory Outlet Store and I keep getting an update on a later delivery date. Very aggravating when the date keeps moving forward. I don't believe i will be ordering anything from Factory outlet store again. As of to date I still haven't received the item.

Order Not Shipped Next Business Day as Promised - But They Promptly Refunded
I ordered by phone on a Saturday. I needed it quickly so paid for two-day shipping and was assured it would go out Monday. My credit card was charged immediately, but I got nothing by email so called Monday evening and was told I should get a tracking number by the next day. Apparently it hadn't been shipped, so I emailed to cancel the order.
They get two additional stars because Tuesday morning I got a very courteous email and voicemail assuring me that the order had been cancelled, and the credit was on my card by noon.

Placed an order back in June and…
Placed an order back in June and product had not arrived come August. I reached out to customer service for an explanation or refund. When they strung me around twice asking me to wait a number of extra days for product to arrive instead of refunding me, I reached out for a third time and they still have not responded. Don't shop from here. It's a hoax.

Minkota upgrade
After waiting months for delivery of an upgrade kit from Bass Pro for my trolling motor I learned they were lying and would NEVER deliver since they only gordered from minkota who had discontinued the product. WhenI found you and ordered the part on Aug 12th you predicted a late Aug delivery. To my delight it ywas delivered on Aug 16th. It has been installed and is working correctly. It is actually a factory unit in the original packaging. Thank you profusely for a great experience!
