EZ Living….first choice in the future
My wife and I went shopping for a divan bed for our guest bedroom and visited several showrooms in the Belfast area. We were looking for something of decent quality but as it was for only occasional usage the price was also a factor. After a fruitless search, we decided to call into EZ Living on the Boucher Road and on entering the bedding section a salesperson welcomed us, invited us to take our time and look around and if we needed any help or information he would be available to assist us. We took our time and browsed around for several minutes, taking a mental note of beds that fitted our
criteria. On approaching the sales person, who happened to be Jonny Harrison, he answered all our questions and gave more details about each product which helped us decide on one particular bed with matching bedside tables.
A purchase was completed, delivery confirmed, and we both left the store wishing we had visited AZ Living on the Boucher Road in the first instance and of saved ourselves lots of time and hassle.
Jonny was the type of sales person we like to do business with…..no sales pressure, friendly and very professional.
We were very impressed with the range of merchandise and the quality and pricing in the lovely well laid out showroom and it will be our first port of call in the future for household furnishings……..thank you Jonny.

The overall experience from start to…
The overall experience from start to finish, was top notch in the Ez Living store in Boucher Road. The staff were all very friendly, approachable and service was excellent.
I want to give a special mention to a specific member of employee, Jonny Harrison, who went above and beyond to assist in every way to make our overall experience flawless in store. I cannot commend him enough for his service, and his down to earth approachable personality!

Excellent communication
Placed an oder on line which said in stock or imediate delivery. I got a call from their head office to explain there was some transport issues and delivery might take a little longer than expected. But they did call and keep me fully up to date. Very happy to be kept up to date and happy to wait a small amount of extra time for delivery. Overall very good service.

We were looking for a circular mirror…
We were looking for a circular mirror and there was a great selection we spoke to Jonny Harrison he was extremely helpful and ordered it. We didn't thinkif we would get it before going on holiday, the next Jonny contacted us to say he had asked for early delivery and it would be in the day before we went away, the next day he contacted us to say it would be in a day earlier. Jonny has been great and kept in touch several times and seemed to be going the extra mile to help us.

Great Service
Thank you so much. Great friendly service foe the second time. Recliner broke on the second side but for the second time someone was sent and it was fixed quickly and at no cost to us. The engineer Kirk was also super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it.

Fantastic Experience
We've always been impressed with EZ Living Interiors but never really committed to any purchases until Sunday. We had a fantastic visit to the Dundalk store several weeks back too but we're just browsing at that point.
We went into the Boucher Rd store after looking at other sofas in other retailers in the area but thought we would pop into EZ Living for a 'quick' look. We had a particular sofa in mind and after a brief acknowledgement from staff we were allowed to browse in peace which was great.
As soon as we seen the perfect sofa we approached Simon for help who couldn't have been any more helpful and was extremely informative.
The level of service Simon gave me and the family was second to none....no pressure, very accommodating, very family friendly with my son and we got a free coffee before committing to a purchase so the whole experience was second to none thanks to Simon.
Simon made the whole experience very worthwhile and was very informative with regards to promotions on offer and commiting to helping us should we decide to return later but we committed to a purchase after being given the information on the sofa and are really looking forward to our sofa arriving.
