Item not as described, colour is dreadful a very cheap & nasty rug it feels like plastic. It was packaged folded in quarters so there is a ridge vertically & horizontally that won’t come out. I would not use again.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Another one to suffer the heated glove saga, rubbish quality, arrived late. They present themselves as a U.K. company but once you need to return something you have to send it registered post to China. As I am stubborn I sent it back, recorded delivery, extortionate cost- took 3 months of constant emailing to finally get my refund but I did! Minus the cost of posting that is. AVOID!!

I had to give 1 star, but if i could it would -5. I purchase a merino wool jumper. It stated shipped in 3 days. It did get posted in 3 days ..... from Hong Kong. Its not even a UK company. Shop app stated it arrived the following day. It took 4 weeks! When I complained about the dirty white colour of a polyester poorly made item that had no resemblance to the Internet item . I received no response. I threatened leagal action and the company said it would offer 10% back as a good will gesture. That didn't even arrive. And the best bit the shop payment app will not do anything and keeps sending me adds for bristey. Saying do I want to buy again. Shocking if they were in this country I would drive to their offices and probably do something illeagal.

I ordered a light fitting from this company on the 31st January. I wrongly assumed they were UK based. After many emails, requesting delivery information I asked for a refund. They kept responding with 'as soon as possible' which I told them was not an acceptable answer, then it was over 6 weeks since I placed the order. The fitting was delivered on the 17th March. The fitting is not of good quality, I had to assemble it, completely, many parts, no proper instructions. I hope when fitted it will look okay. I've just read reviews and am sure there would be no point in trying to return it. I would recommend not buying anything from this comany.

I purchased this for my home and it makes tasks a bit easier the build feels solid though upkeep could be a little simpler

This product went far beyond my expectations. It is both practical and stylish and I use it daily . Absolutely worth the money .

Do not use this company.. Total scam they take your money never to be seen again. also had our bank details leaked and fraud payments taken after complaining about damaged product with no replacement or refund offered.. DO NOT USE

I feel entirely frustrated by my experience of ordering goods online from this company. I hadn’t appreciated, when I placed the order, that the goods would be shipped from China. The rechargeable LED movement sensor, magnetic mounted, cupboard strip lights were costly - but stylish and just what we wanted. Conversely, when eventually the parcel arrived, it contained fixed, hardwired strip lights with no paperwork, instructions or label whatsoever. The customer service response offered me basically a set of even more costly steps involved in returning the original parcel, including a time-bound threat for their receipt. All that was prefaced by insisting that what they had sent was what I had ordered! Absolutely dishonest and a thinly veiled way of telling me to write off the money because they had no intention whatsoever of putting their error right. I absolutely cannot recommend entering into any contract for an online purchase.

I have been using this for a few weeks and it feels quite practical. It seems solid and looks good, although it could be a little more polished.

This blends fairly well with my current decor . The quality is satisfactory and it looks carefully made though not flawless

I bought electrically heated gloves which were described as rechargeable with adjustable heat settings and heat right into the fingers, not just the palms, all of which was untrue. They arrived three weeks late, and had no battery, were only warm when plugged into a charger, and only heated across the back. And their returns policy requires the customer to pay for shipping to an address in China, which costs more than the product. Worst buying experience I've ever had on the internet!

Worst customer services.
I have complain multiple time about not recieving product but no action was taken from their side. I contacted delivery company and they want me to contact China express now. Stuck in loop with no answer. Would not recommend please safe your money.

I wasn’t expecting much, and it is okay. It’s durable and looks good, but some features could be improved for daily use.

Everything about this is practical and user-friendly. I appreciate the quality, the design, and the fact that it’s something I can rely on for daily use

Ordered the item 12 days in advance for my daughter’s birthday. Product never arrived for her birthday despite me emailing on numerous occasions. Still not received the order so can’t comment on the quality . If you order anything from this company make sure you order a couple of months in advance because there is no urgency for them to dispatch items

Deal with this company at your own expense - they are the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with.

I have been emailing Brtistow's "fantastic customer service" for almost a month now to return their product and have been met with a concrete wall of resistance.

When they eventually deigned to replay they did not want to take the item back and offered a paltry reduction to keep the item.

I have repeatedly requested to get their information to return but a wall of silence...hello??? is anybody there?
