I bought some heated gloves which were advertised as heated in the fingers with the image on the website actually showing fire in the fingers when they arrived (they took about 5 weeks to arrive) they literally had a very small heat patch on the back of the hand which is not what was advertised so I asked to send them back. This company have been extremely difficult and doing anything to keep my money in the end they agreed to a refund if I returned to china which cost me £25 and now they have been stuck in customs for over 3 months so I don’t know if they will ever arrive after emailing them 32 times they still refuse a refund so I have managed to get my money back through my bank! It’s the most awful frustrating company I have ever experienced. So my advice is to stay away from them!

I was really excited to order from this site, but it appears to be a scam. A contractor told me to buy a light fixture from here. I bought $1000 worth of light fixtures on 2/4/26 and never mailed to me and never received them. They said they couldn't refund my money until I returned them. Now I just went on their site and they seem to have disappeared -- no site!

We ordered an ornament from this site. After 3 weeks we finally were informed it was on its way. Even though we'd attempted to contact customer support via several means with no response.
When the item did arrive it was clearly of cheap design. We will never use this company again and don't recommend them. You've been warned.

I guess this review doesn’t matter since they no longer exist?? But they sent me the wrong order. Then sent a replacement order (yay!)… but it was also the wrong item (seriously?!). And now the website is shut down, as is the email address. Womp womp. No refund. And never got the correct item I ordered.

I purchased this LED light for my bedroom and it works fine. The brightness is reasonable, though it could be a bit softer.

Do not do business with this company. They have (had) a beautiful website, with what seemed to be elegant and useful products. The order process ran smoothly through credit card entry. Order confirmation did not have a number or invoice attached. In communicating with customer service, when delivery was delayed for weeks, suggested I could not cancel the item until the lighting items I had purchased were delivered. Once delivered, 8 weeks later, I opened the package. There again, there is no invoice, no order confirmation, no description of the products & no instructions for installation. They certainly are not worth the money I paid for them either. This seems to be a website fronting for a fraudulent company with products coming from China and no information on where they came from or who to contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE>

Installing the LED ceiling light was simple and it offers consistent lighting. Its appearance is modern and neat, fulfilling its purpose without being flashy.

The aroma diffuser is fine and smells acceptable, though it's fairly standard.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, they immediately took the money from my bank account but no product has arrived or even been despatched. Emailed to ask for refund, they said the item has shipped, but according to their own tracking the courier has only had information, they don’t have the package. Luminqo have scammed me out of £123. AVOID. The website implies that this business is German or Dutch, this is misleading, they are in Hong Kong.

Loved the communication from you that started immediately after placing the order. The lamp was everything I hoped it would be.
