A beautiful store
Paul was very friendly and helpful whilst we were choosing our chair. The store is beautifully laid out and we enjoyed some complimentary hot drinks. Unfortunately the lead time for our order is very long, hence dropping a star, but otherwise it was a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Excellent service!
Just purchased a sofa from EZ Living in Ballymena. The shop is set out beautifully and smells amazing. Michele helped me choose the right sofa after several visits. She was so friendly and helpful plus she makes a great cup of tea. The rest of the staff were very friendly also. Thanks so much Michele.

The front Door was damaged during the delivery and the driver did try and remove the large marks but failed .

Very welcoming store with patient staff. Michele Haliday is an asset to your company. She took her time and listened to what we wanted then showed us around. Didn’t receive what I was supposed to and told after wards that’s not in the system ! Showed a sofa with lots of cushions and told that’s what I would receive but not the case! Promised a piece of material into the deal and then had to pay for it !

The cushions to which you refer are sold separately as is the additional fabric
