Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very helpful and went beyound what i normally experience in furniture stores. They also listened to what i required. We were given our date for delivery and yes it came on time and on date. Delivery staff were equally efficent.

Super service:
I saw 2 dining chairs that suited my needs ie good back support & sturdy at a good price. I discussed getting 4 with an employee. She may have been a manager as she was knowledgeable and very accommodating . She explained those 2 chairs were end of a line but she managed to get 4 at the same good price. I was very happy with the service and my experience at this store. I think the employee’s name may have been Cara??

I received yesterday my Kendal 3 seater…
I received yesterday my Kendal 3 seater sofa and armchair the gays who fixed the legs didn’t tell me the sofa have a craked leg and the sofa come with very agly lines marks the gays left my house and didn’t tell me nothing l just noticed when they left very disappointed with my purchase

Great store, needs quicker delivery
Great stock, great store layout, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was the bed we picked wasn't available for 7weeks so we ended up having to buy one elsewhere. We did buy a mattress that is being delivered next week

Smooth professional dealing. Mel was the person explained benefits of the Kaymed 5ft 3500 regulated revive mattress comprehensively. Experienced pleasant sales person and no hard sell.
Also dealt with Magda who looked after the completion and arrangements for collection. Made the experience very easy. Product looks quality so hope all will work out.

Fantastic customer service and advice - I was lucky enough to be assisted by Kellie Fitzgerald, the store's Visual Merchandizer who listened to my specific requirements and decor ideas, finding the perfect match for my needs. Good helpful, friendly service
Magda from Ez living was most helpful when there was an issue with our order.
The chaps that came to deliver our chairs first were very helpful, unfortunately I don’t know their names…they were both so helpful when our order was wrong ( not sure if it was our or Ez livings fault) they both went above and beyond to assist. Magda too was very helpful.
Gavin and Andre’s delivered the correct order and everything went great. Gavin especially was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
We have bought quite a few things from Ez Living in Waterford and Wexford over the years and the quality of the furniture has always been good.

Both Melanie and Magda at Waterford were extremely helpful.
Just hoping that the mattress I ordered will have less of an odour than the previous one which took a week to remove after a lot of bread soda,brushing and vacuuming.
