Purchased in June now not available until October!
Bought two items and got a phone call to say one was available for collection. No mention of the other one. Had previously been told both would be available. Turns out the other item not in stock at all and now not available until October. Shambolic

Kukoon rugs
Great to have the Kukoon rugs on display in the store so you could see them. Ordering was quick & easy in EZ living. Told order was coming from kukoon directly. Ordered Saturday & rug arrived on Tuesday. Very efficient delivery.

Three weeks later, still waiting for refund...
Very inefficient customer service setup. Ordered in store, received the wrong colour product, brought it back same day only to be told it couldn’t be returned or refunded in store.
Customer has to arrange their own refund and return with a customer service team member somewhere else.
Well, three weeks on, the product had long been picked up, and still no refund. Terrible system. Surely this should all be handled internally behind the scenes instead of making the customer handle the return, arrange pickup, and wait weeks for a refund.
Products are nice, staff are friendly enough, but would never buy from EZLiving again. Too much hassle. Not worth it.

Nearly every staff member working that…
Nearly every staff member working that day asked us did we need help with anything. I thought this was a bit much as some of them saw us saying we were just having a look and asked us again anyway. When we did ask for help the girl wasn't pushing a sale on us which I did really like. She was lovely.

EZ Living Experience
The layout of the store was excellent. A great amount of products instore. The service with regards to the staff was 5 stars. They were very knowledgeable on the products and very helpful without being too over powering. The only downside is the charge for delivery. When paying top price for their items, it would be nice to have delivery included, especially as we live within 5km from the store, but the items are too big to collect from the store. Overall, I would highly recommend EZ Living in Waterford.
