Excellent service and quick delivery service

Been sent 2 faulty phones and the current one was supposed to be collected days ago and no one has turned up, the customer service is poor and not really doing much to sort it

Installers were so polite and helpful

Honestly, best experience ever! So easy to navigate the website, very reasonable and my Bosch dishwasher is awesome, my new favourite toy! The two men who delivered and installed the dishwasher were so friendly and helpful, even made a point of saying hello to my grumpy cat!!! They gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were 30 mins away, and actually arrived 30 mins later! Best decision I made to rent a dishwasher and it's been a great experience so far! Thank you 😊

The placing of my order was easy, got a response in the time frame that was given, my fridge freezer was delivered on the day I was told it would be and the two guys that delivered it was so helpful and polite and I would be definitely be using this company again in the future

Have had a few things off them and must say from customer service to delivery was really good and brilliant products a great rental prices very satisfied

Was suppose to have a cooker delivered they refused to fit it because of a socket but I later found out the socket was fine where it was there for leaving me and my 7 children with no cooker would definitely NOT recommend this place to anybody absolute bunch of cow boys

Red flags from the very beginning, when delivered the two delievery men plugged it into a electrical check, the dryer was on for all of two seconds gave me a thumbs up and said yes all working, it’s heating up, then left like they where in a rush. Fast forward ONE hour I put a small load in and there’s no heat AT all, no matter what setting or how long the load is on for there is absolutely no heat from the this tumble dryer then the machine flags up an error code not once but three times fo an electrical fault, I call explain the delivery and issue and get told because of the type of machine it needs 24 hours before we can use it. We wait 24 hours later and it does heat up, but no matter how much or how little you put in th machine or what setting after 20 minutes it would stop and start bleeping that the condenser filter is full, you can change and clean and empty all parts but this is a continuous issue. So I call them, explain that I’m unhappy and no longer wish to have the machine because at this point it’s been two weeks and it does not dry clothes, or at the very least swap for a different dryer I’m told unless there is an actual fault i.e part replacement or electrical issue there is NOTHING they will do but they’ll call an engineer out (this would take another week as they only have one available in my area on Mondays, so a week to pick up and a week to drop off) I ask them what the likely hood is that they actually find anything wrong and she tell me ‘not likely, you’ll have to keep the machine’ more time passes and we can only dry a small load maybe one a fortnight if we’re lucky as any other time the machine will simply not dry saying the filters are full or will heat. Calling on Monday to cancel rental, shit company, liars and thieves basically. Had the machine since Jan, it’s now may and it’s never worked properly

Genuinely was unsure about this site, and no credit checks etc but wow I've had nothing but amazing service, super fast delivery and great phone. I really do recommend this site to anyone wanting to rent appliances out. Just one little moan you could expand the phone range a bit more but that's all. Really happy and Impressed.

They are very helpful and always on hand when I need help I have had 2 items from them and I have not had any issues at all and very good value for money
