If I could give ZERO stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Issues receiving orders, tried to get a refund then told conflicting information, now it shows as store credit on my account and ghosted via online chat and unable to post any more message on their website. SHOCKING!!
Terrible customer service we’ve done what we was told to do and pay for a mobile phone signed all I d documents but can’t get straight answers of no one had other stuff before with no problem

Trying to say one of payment was late when it was not it was on line and now they are trying to say we are committed fraud when we not and it them that are committed fraud

As you are aware you consistently made payments late and so we agreed that this subscription is unaffordable for you, and subsequently refunded you in full.
We do not understand why you issued a chargeback for a payment when this was refunded to you in full, and so we provided this evidence to your bank, who then subsequently charged you for that fraudulent claim made.
This is not an accusation by us, this is your bank charging you for the claim you made, as I have stated we refunded you in full as a gesture to you.

Went into town today for a nose and spotted this store as newly opened. Popped in and spoke to a girl named Kelsey she showed me the phones they offer cause I told her mine had broke, she explained everything and got me set up on the iPhone 16! Can't wait for my new phone, if you're in Wolverhampton deffo go and see them.
