This was an amazing experience, the staff were so friendly and my 4 year old had an amazing time. We felt safe, and looked after through out the whole experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our day Mikey was full of knowledge about the rainforest. We also loved his jokes

We have tried to buy a tour three times. Each time your company takes the money from our account and then there is a glitch and we have to wait for a refund. We have rung but staff are not helpful. The whole process has been very tedious and time consuming with us waiting for over $2000 to be refunded and still no ticket for the tour!!!

Said there was glitches in system. Advertised $100 off promotion but whenever we tried to use it , it didn’t work. Just checked my account and I’ve been charged again even though I haven’t booked anything, have no order etc.

Your online booking application would not accept AMEX with it showing invalid /error CCV - I tried again and once more the same error message came up which was incorrect as the CCV entered was correct which I confirmed with AMEX.

The application form had the AMEX logo indicating it accepted these cards.

Booked at the cairns aqarium. Heard nothing. Don’t get confirmation. When I contacted the next day as my family was getting ready to go I was told it was sold out and got a refund. Then had to tell my disappointed kids we werent going after all

The entire experience with Spirit of Hervey Bay whale watching was perfect.
