Great special with the $100 discount but beware
Great special with the $100 discount. Easy to make booking, but would have liked a booking confirmation from the supplier.
Update: That is until the supplier cancels the tour. I spent an hour waiting to get a person, who advised they will organise a refund. No refund has happened and phoned and I tried their chat box. I was advised, no refund as I had another tour booked by a different company on the same order, they will not refund unless I pay for that tour again. Now why would I do that? Ingrid from the chat box said she understood and will try to advocate for me. I think I need to contact ACCC. Definitely not using this company again.

Easy to use and good deal
Went to wildlife zoo in Sydney cbd. Good deal easy to use and didn’t have to go to separate counter like Healesville sanctuary could scan the ticket as is as opposed to it being a voucher and having to redeem a ticket.

The best cruise & captain
We had the most amazing experience! The captain Peter was absolutely fantastic, as was Justine, they made our time so special. Allowing our kids to come up the front and be part of the experience was such a lovely touch and created memories they’ll talk about for years to come. It really was one of those special moments that made our trip even more memorable. It’s so clear that Peter is genuinely passionate about what he does, and that really shone through. We’re so grateful — thank you for a lovely cruise ❤️✈️
