Easy to deal with,Good service

got a telephone call that my car was dur for its first service
took the car in at 12pm and was told i would have the car back for 4pm
got a telephone call saying car was readfy to pick up at 3.45pm
when i got there i picked up car and had been washed and hoovered
i cannot fault Evans Halshaw for their polite courtes=ous friendhip and professionalism

Husband took his car there due to a manufacturer recall. They used my details (I don't know why they still had these as it has been a long time since I've dealt with them) rather than go through the process of setting the car up in his name.

On 17 February this year I received both a text and an email telling me my car was due for a service. It had my husband's car's details so I emailed back telling them it wasn't my car, it wasn't due for a service and they did not have my permission to contact me about it.

Same happened again on 24 February, replied by email again.

On 6 March I received a text from Miracle, again with the same statement that my car was due for a service. I text back saying it wasn't my car, it wasn't due for a service and to stop using my contact details.

Today I've received another text and email exactly the same as the first two, so I'm going to be reporting them - misuse of my data, whatever I can find.

I spent a few hours there, customer service is excellent, kept me informed and very polite, waiting area comfortable, tea, coffee and tv to keep me occupied. This is how you should be treated. I would recommend them 100%.

Car booked in for service and mot yesterday, clearly they never prepared for the vehicle as they could not complete the service and mot as they did not have the service parts available. Obviously no preparation for the work and now into second day with no idea when we will get the car back! MOT complete and vehicle back on the road. New MOT document not notified to DVLA and as such I am now having to chase up Evans Halshaw to ensure that they will notify DVLA that my vehicle has a current MOT certificate. DVLA still list me as expired MOT. No doubt the police will stop me before I receive any form of confirmation that my MOT has been registered with DVLA. Some companies just 'DO NOT CARE' but they are happy to take your money!!

The excellent service provided by the service technicians at Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock is beyond expectations .The After Sales Care is second to none. Unfortunately the Uplift/Deliver Service has been withdrawn and will be greatly missed.

I found Marlo to be very knowledgeable & keen to help. He covered everything thoroughly & kept in good communication. I am delighted with my new car

Service done in my car is really good and quick and sounds smoother. Car is petrol.
Made to feel welcome and at ease right away which was nice. Don't get that a lot nowadays. Coffee and drinks available.

No communication on where to park your car when booked in for a service and MOT. Car park full . Ignored on arrival, Staff looked bored and you feel you are an inconvenience
And again when picking my car up. No indication where parked .Given keys and 4 mins to find my car .Unacceptable .

Car went in for its first service yesterday. Reception staff (Nicole) very helpful and friendly. Car was ready in quick time and I was impressed with the customer care and service provided.

I took my husbands motability car along for a service on Thursday. I feel sometimes garages can be quite intimidating places but from the moment I arrived at the service department Linda was really friendly and welcoming. I went back to get the car in the afternoon and it wasn't quite ready but had a lovely chat with Linda. Super nice staff on the service desk and not forgetting Darren who worked on our car. The team through the back don't get mentioned enough. Got the car back all hoovered and washed. Thanks

Bought my daughter her 1st car for Christmas. Evans were so accommodating keeping the car right up until Christmas & had it looking like brand new upon pickup. Excellent service from sales to mechanics making sure the car was in perfect condition. Would recommend Evans to anyone looking to buy a new or used car from Evans Kilmarnock, thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to leave some very positive feedback following my visit to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Kilmarnock yesterday.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Linda on reception was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, polite, and welcoming, with such a genuinely happy and chatty manner. She instantly put me at ease and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel relaxed and pleasant. She is a real credit to your team.
I had to wait for my car as I live in Irvine and I couldn’t get a lift home, Linda went above and beyond to help me. She made sure my car was dealt with as quickly as possible, which I was incredibly grateful for. She kept me informed throughout, was reassuring, and truly went out of her way to help me, something that really didn’t go unnoticed and meant a lot.
Jack, who worked on my car, was also excellent. Everything was carried out efficiently and professionally, and I felt confident that my car was in very good hands.
Overall, the level of service I received was outstanding. Linda’s customer service especially stood out, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience a really positive one.
Thank you all so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evans Halshaw Vauxhall and will definitely be returning in the future as I now have a service plan in place.
