Super Service
Booked car in for a service using the website. Range of different types of service are available. Customers do need to specify that they have a service plan in place. At the time of writing there was no option to do this in the drop down menus. The Service Team do receive all the information provided by the customer in the additional comments. Requirements can be discussed with staff at the front desk when the car is checked in at the service desk. Adjustments to the booking can be made if necessary. Staff at the service desk speak with the technicians to make sure the car gets a service that best fits at the time of presentation. Choice of methods of payment for service that has been identified and agreed.
Health Check info and Car Service data are sent via email immediately, this includes a video.
Every members of staff is comfortable and confident, so customers of the Kilmarnock should feel their car is in safe hands.

There service is rubbish ..when stayed a time for to be there the car should be taken then especially if wanting on it..don't think 6 hours is exceptable for an mot .to fail .needed brakes had to be ordered then put on and retested

I am always completely confident in the work carried out by them. The girls who book my car in for its yearly service and MOT are extremely helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. Each and everyone of the team is a credit to themselves and the Company. My car is collected in the morning and returned to me later in the day, which is a wonderful service. Bought a van from the Kilmarnock branch in July 2026. Excellent service from day one of contact right through to aftercare. An orange service light appeared during the drive home to Northern Ireland to which I was advised to resolve in my nearest branch and any occurred costs would be covered by the sellers in Kilmarnock. Couldn't be happier with the service along with the response times and information provided from salesperson, Mia. Would recommend this branch highly.
