Dropped car off at 08-00, courtesy car was ready, staff very friendly and polite, received phone call at 10-15 to say car was ready to collect, car had been washed and hoovered

The overall experience matched my expectations from my previous Hyundai service / MOT provider.

Great service, a special thanks to Mstt on the service desk, very professional.

The standard of clean on the vehicle was an absolute disgrace covered in water marks not been polished , The inside was even worse cup holders were disgusting rubbish in door pockets , windows all smeared , dirty marks all over door pads and dashboard , not hoovered properly. This was not a cheap car and it totally ruined our new car day experience

I was kept updated to the progress of the work being carried out.

Very difficult to get through to the services team, there appears to be about 3 different numbers online and the numbers on their emails/service site do not seem to get answered. Had my car seen recently, asked for my tyre to be looked at as well as the issue. They called me to say car was ready, then had a message to say the inspection showed my tyre needed immediate attention, tried to call back multiple times, no answer, responded on the tracking site, no answer, then had a phone call from them about the tyre maybe an hour after my car was ‘ready’. They said tyre could be done that day so I agreed. An hour later a message comes through on the tracking site to say they can’t get a tyre until the following day, spend two hours calling but no answer. Eventually had a phone call back to be told the tyre is done and it’s ready to collect. Got to the garage, paid, left, 5 minutes in to my journey get a phone call to say the payment declined, drove back (not local), waited 15 minutes to be seen, showed them the money was pending on my card, they assured me it was cancelled and won’t come out. Now a week and a half later I’m waiting for my refund because two payments came out. Receive vague answers on email. Wouldn’t recommend this garage, won’t be using again.

No one is there to answer the telephone. The email given to customers should go to the dealership and Not Headquarters.

Booked my car in for some investigation work, dropped off at 8.30am, tried to call nine times around 4pm no answer from any department. I decided to go to the garage only to find my car in the same spot I dropped it off. When I eventually found someone I was informed we have been really busy and will look at it soon but by now we are approaching 4.30pm and I need the car to go home as I don't live locally. Just a shrug of the shoulders from the person dealing with me, absolutely useless, this is supposed to be a main dealer !!!!! Do not use this dealer they are rubbish. I have also tried to call to speak to the general manager to lodge a complaint and surprise no-one answered the phone.

Hi not sure where this will go, but really hoping management will read it. I came to the store at N.P today 17th April for my M/O/T. As I'm so happy with them, I arrived far to early. "Charlie lovely lad " showed me to see Tegan... Oh what a lovely young lady she is so warm and friendly, and made me feel at ease about being so early, You have a wonderful team there Tegan ,Nick. plus Charlie, all made my experience so enjoyable.

Tried 8 times to get in touch over the phone, no response. Eventually got a response to one of the emails i sent, however, i had to go into the dealership to be able to speak to someone to confirm the booking. During the Service and MOT, i was told that a tyre was graded as Red and needed immediate attention and replacing, however, it was 2.7 - 3.2mm over the entire width, and no defects or damage. Had i not queried and challenged that report and advice i would have been unnecessarily charged for a replacement tyre.

Tegan was astute, friendly and knowledgable. The service was great and she kept us up to date throughout.

It was extremely difficult to get the service department to answer the phone. When finally i did reach them on about the fourth attempt, I was given information which was subsequently contradicted in the showroom, but this was resolved for me.

Exceptional service when buying my daughter’s first car. Nick Lynch, our salesperson, was patient and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the entire process was completed smoothly and ready for handover. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service and MOT, a while you wait service. All completed in good time plus an MOT pass.
Communication from Matt on the service desk was faultless as usual.

Nick (salesman) was excellent, professional and friendly. However, the issue with Evans Halshaw at Milton Keynes is parking. Or one should say no parking. Their car park is atrocious. Far too many cars and nowhere for customers to park. Really lets the company down.

The service team, Matt, Tegan and Rachel, we're extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. Felt nothing was to much trouble. Looking forward to my next visit.

Efficient staff. Good comms only downside was car was supposed to be back same day and wasn't.

Nick Lynch, the salesman, was extremely helpful and thorough (but not pushy) and he took us through every step of the process with kindness and patience. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received.
